It took a small while to get the parts for my computer but they were very up front about it and were more than happy to help change some components so my order came quicker.

My pc is flawless and wonderfuly constructed. very stylish and i am extremely happy with the result.

Delivery was great too. Pack up nice a snug with tons of packaging so it got here safe and sound.

I bought 2 computers with water cooling from them.

One was in good condition but I waited 4 weeks for delivery. The monitor I bought from them never arrived and I'm still waiting for a refund.

In the second case, he cut the cooling pipe too much and all the coolant leaked out. I sent it in for repair and a week later the computer came back to me with the fluid topped up, but it was still leaking. The company swore that it was the courier's fault, that damaged the computer during transport.

I took the computer to a local service center, where it was immediately determined that the tube had been cut incorrectly and was simply too short.

Thank you for my computer build, although I did not need a "gaming computer" spec you took on board all my requirements for a desktop powerful enough to deal with my photographic and video needs.
Well built, well set up, (i.e. everything turned off giving me a blank canvas to set up to my taste) beautifully silent case, delivered on time and above all fast.

Excellent new PC, well packaged and delivered fast!

First of all the pc itself works and runs really smooth but I can’t lie and say that this has been a 5* experience.

1) the pc was late - I was not informed of delays until I chased
2) I had to chase repeatedly to get any movement
3) no apology for delays or lack of movement until I complained
4) the front lights on the tower would not respond to armoury/motherboard software when I rang to find out how to resolve it, I was told “yeah mustn’t be compatible then” and it was pretty clear to me that UKGC would not help further. As a 5* computer building company I feel I should have been notified of this and told to switch the tower or the motherboard for everything to sync up. It’s minor but when you’ve spend £2k+ on a pc, you want it ALL to work.

All in all, even though the pc works, I cant recommend this company to family and friends.

Having moved from console to PC and being in my 50's, my knowledge of a gaming PC is none existent.
I originally emailed an enquiry and received a reply from Kain, who gave me a choice of 2 machines that fitted my criteria and budget, although in the end I probably went a little over kill and purchased an even higher spec machine.
My reason for this is I play 1 specific survival game and as I have no PC knowledge I cannot ever see myself upgrading the PC and invalidating the 6 year warranty, so I see the additional monies spent as a long term investment in my gaming life.
The PC was delayed a day as the CPU's had arrived late and there wasn't enough time to test them to get the order out the same day. I cant complain that UKGC wanted to test and make sure the PC was correctly set up and working so what's a day extra for piece of mind?
The PC when it arrived was packaged very well in its box, with additional packing in an outer box.
The instructions for set up were very clear and also linked YouTube videos if required.
The PC is a lot quieter than I originally thought it would be and my gaming is seamless now and I can enjoy my time without stuttering graphics or playing on the lowest graphic setting.
My only niggle is that the case is a lot bigger than I had anticipated, not really having any knowledge of gaming PC's I had (wrongly) assumed that they would be roughly the same size as a regular PC, so may be case dimensions could be included on the spec ?

The staff was nice and helpful and the process of deciding the right computer was streamline and easy to understand, and the easy of access when picking up the computer made it a brilliant service overall. So in conclusion a brilliant computer company.

I am delighted with my custom computer from Uk Gaming computers. Superb performance and runs almost silently. Great customer service. I'm very happy with my decision to buy from them.

I recently purchased the Cerberus PC from UK gaming computers and am delighted with it, it was built and delivered on time and all my emails were responded to very quickly. The PC itself is fantastic,extremely quick and very quiet and it can run all the most resource intensive games such as Hogwarts Legacy perfectly. Would highly recommend UK gaming computers for anything computer related.

Decided to upgrade my old PC, it was still running modern games but was starting to feel its age in speed and storage capacity, and since it had lasted me 10 years without a single issue I used the same company again.
I am glad I did, new PC is everything I wanted, very quiet and everything runs smoothly, tidy internals. I had a setup issue that was resolved via email in an hour or less (probably less, I did not check for a response so quick)

1 - Research
For a while I’ve been wanting to purchase a custom-built gaming PC as compared to a standard build from High-Street Chain Stores.

I did my research on other companies specialising in custom builds and after carefully considering a number of companies and carefully shortlisting via customer reviews by what other people have said I choose UK Gaming Computers.

2 – Choose a Build
Very easy to make a customisable build via using the web page where the PC will have its components shown and if wishing to pay more for enhanced components etc. I did have a question to help make mind up on the CPU fan needed and got a response via email within 30mins.

3 – Alterations to Order
Once ordered, a few days later I phoned the company and asked if it was too late to pay for a better graphic card than what I initially picked. This was no problems at all and easily done therefore upgraded to the Nvidia GeForce RTX3060 12GB.

4 - Informative
While the PC was getting built from start to end, I was informed on progress for example being told the build was complete and that testing would commence etc right to being ready for shipping.

5 – Receiving the PC
Once I received my PC I was stunned at the sheer-size of it, unboxing always the fun part! There were instructions very easy to understand on what to do for getting it set up. Although I generally know what to do however by reading the instruction these have been made for anyone to follow and not get lost (that to me shows a very caring customer support).

The actual PC itself performs to my expectations, fast and runs games sweetly! The only one little annoyance is the constant loudness of the air fans being a lot louder than my previous PC while not being used for much. However, I don’t fault the guys one bit for building it this way; after all it was my choice of fans when selecting the build.

6 – My Conclusion:
Finally, I would like to say that I recommend UK Gaming Computers for custom building a PC, they have an excellent customer care support and certainly if in the future I need another PC system or upgrade I know I’ll be contacting these guys first!

I shopped around as I needed a new gaming PC and was very keen to get a custom water cooled PC, not just an AIO. Shopping around and I found many pre-built that just didn't meet my requirements.

I came across UK Gaming Computers website and it was very easy to find the 'base' build, under Watercooled PC's menu option. I was then able to customise the 'base' to my requirements, selecting upgrade options etc. I even called them up to ask some questions.

Throughout the process, UKGC were professional and communicative at all stages of the ordering, build, testing and shipping process. I knew exactly what was going on, and due to UKGC managing expectations well, I knew when I was next going to receive an updated. UKGC even proactively contacted me to swap out some components to give an improved aesthetic look to my gaming rig.

When the machine arrived I was super-excited and couldn't wait to un-box. Included in the packaging were some very good instructions, including how to place the warranty sticker.

The new gaming machine is everything I wanted and looks fantastic. The water cooling loop with the solid fluid looks great in red. Complemented with white LED's in a white case.

The RTX4090 has taken every game I've thrown at it, in its stride.

Overall, completely satisfied with my Kraken watercooled gaming computer.

I bought a gaming computer for my son back at beginning of 2021 and it has been very well used by him. The quality of the computer has been great and the aftersales have been brilliant offering support when we need it. The computer has performed well over this time. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a gaming pc recently. The entire process was very easy, from selecting a suitable pc to ordering to receiving it and setting it up. I was able to track progress of my order via my online account, and received a call to confirm I would be at home for my allocated delivery slot. Setting up the pc was very straightforward, and there were comprehensive instructions if required. The PC arrived with secure packaging and in pristine condition.

Ordered new machine...arrived next day & worked straight out the box. can't ask for any more than that.
