Excellent customer service. I had a problem with some corner trims but Mike was very helpful and sorted it out so I could get the job completed.

Wouldnt use again
Phoned them and they said the items were in stock did a postcode check for delivery charge which was £40.00. all ok they told me to order on line. Did this and paid in full. 3 days later got an email to say their delivery firm wouldnt deliver to my area so refunded money.what a waste of 3 days.

Our suppliers changed there stance on small orders. It wasn't fesable for them to travel 90 miles to deliver a few sheets of EPS for £40.
And pallet isn't an option for 2.4m x 1.2m items as its 3 pallet spaces about £210 to ship.
I am very sorry about this as at the time we weren't aware of this change.
You were told as soon as I was told and refund was processed instantly.

Warm Deck Insulation Fixing for Plywood Deck –
90mm Insulation (Box 100) - plastic fixings arrived with no screws. they turned up 2 days later after we bought replacement ones and had already fixed the insulation. The box was torn and only 81 screws inside anyway. not enough to finish the job. unlikely to use them again

Very sorry about this. Can you email us (sales@ukflatroofing.com) re your order and we will look into this for you.
Unfortunately once the order leaves us we are in the hands of the couriers so it can get split up and damage can happen.
Couriers are struggling still with Covid and Next Day is 1 / 3 Days as we are advertising on the website.
We look forward to receiving your email and will do our best to sort something out.
Apologies for the damage and hassle caused by the delivery company.

UK flat roofing were great, had an issue with delivery that WASN'T UK flat roofing's fault. After one call they sorted it. Very impressed and will use again.

I was looking for some edge trims to finish a couple of sheds for a while and I stumbled on some provided by UK Flat Roofing. The trims were stocked in a number of sizes and the prices were very competitive. Delivery took a couple of days and the company provided useful updates throughout the delivery process. I can highly recommed the products and service provided by UK Flat Roofing
