You do the same 3 hour course whether you are new to the role or just renewing - I feel there could be a shorter renewal course rather than covering the basics everytime.

Carina held our attention for some 3 hours; with useful information, involving everyone on the course (15), good humour and appreciation of our input. She was very experienced, paced the course well and I would recommend this to anyone interested in child safe-guarding etc.

Great online introduction to first aid.
Great introduction to first aid and it was free. Learnt a lot. Thought the course was well designed and it felt about the right amount for an online introduction.

Awful at communicating as to how and when to join the session. Then having found some contact details they reply asking why I didn't turn up for the course I had booked.

When you selected the appropriate date and time of the Safeguarding and Protecting Children online classroom course that you wanted to attend from our list of dates and times available, and upon making your booking, we sent you a booking confirmation email. This email provided you with full details of your course, including the date, time and a joining link to the session, this email advised you to join the session at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.
We then sent you a booking reminder, again providing the joining link, and advising you to join the session at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.
We followed up with a third booking reminder the day before your course date, again, providing a joining link and advising you to join the session at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.
At this moment in time, we don't believe that we can improve our communication for our workshop confirmation emails, as we feel that three emails is currently sufficient.
However, we do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. The UK Coaching Team.

there was zero reference to how/when I would get the course certificate (don't understand why it took 48 hours for an automated process anyway)
The edit boxes are really irritating as you can press the arrows to go back to change your text, and it instead moves the slides. Sloppy design - if you are editing, the arrows/focus should be inside the box

With regards to our Safeguarding and Protecting Children renewal eLearning course, your feedback will be passed onto the relevant design tech team for review and if possible, improvement will be made.
We do send an email upon completion of any eLearning, to advise you when you can access your certificate, which is directly from your account dashboard. This takes approximately 2 hours to automate from completion.
