amazon プライムビデオから三国志をダウンロードしましたが、95話の内、半分以上がエラー番号10で失敗しました。ネットワークの問題とヘルプに書いてありましたが、夜中にダウンロードしてるのでそんな訳ないと思います。CPUの負荷率が異常に高く100%でPCが稼働してます。こんな事なら違うメーカーのダウンローダー買えば良かったと思っています。

tuneboto-amazon-video-downloader-1.3.1-beta2にしたら、かなり良くなりましたが未だ失敗10でダウンロード出来ない動画があります。
そうしている内にバージョン1.4.0が出て、どちらが良いのか分かりません。
他のメーカーのamazon　ビデオダウンローダーは試用版を使って3個の動画をダウンロード出来るのですが、
スムーズにダウンロード出来ました。
tunebotoはイマイチの感があります。

出力解像度を1080Pに設定していても、勝手に480Pや360Pに変更され、使い物にならない。お金をドブに捨てました。

good works well if it fails it usually works second time without issue if you put it on medium quality video it works well

the bugs that needs sorting out are

they should make the program less memory hog

on failure of downloading the movie it should auto retry again in que

also shutting the program down it freezes and dont shut down proper i had to shut it down via taskmanager

on shutdown of program it should remember the list of the movies that is in the que

i am on windows 10 64 bits

i be renewing this program when it run out next year if amazon doesnt block it somehow

This is a great program. It worked perfectly for me, and then I ran into a minor problem with an update. I notified Tuneboto and they responded quickly that they would work on the solution. A few days later the problem was solved, Great Program, great customer service!!!

I get their music converter, it downloads my Amazon songs so fast. Only one night I spent downloading my whole music library. Does anyone else also need to download? I could help :-D

I want to save Amazon's original series to my iPad so that I can watch them on the trip. One of my friends shares this Amazon Video Downloader with me. I was able to download both TV shows and movies with this software onto my computer and now can watch whenever even if I have no internet access. I only like to use free software, but I decided to pay for this one and it was worth it! When I had an issue downloading one certain TV series, I emailed them and they were able to resolve my issue. They went through the effort to actually resolve it! Something most companies today are lacking in, providing good customer service.

My children exceptionally like the animation films from my amazon account and watch them numerous times. But I need to utilize my record solely so I need to figure out how to download the recordings for my kids. Such a waste of money I only get 10% of the downloads successfully the other 90% all have failed -19 or failed -8004. It is also extremely slow and will not use my bandwidth. I put it on when I go to bed and wake up to mostly failures and even some of the ones that are "successful" are damaged episodes/movies that don't work or mess up mid way through. Skip this program.

Das Programm funktioniert auf meinem Computer immer einwandfrei. Alle Liedern wurden schnell als MP3 gespeichert. Gute Software, danke.

Can't believe that this program could download my Amazon songs. I have a large playlist on Amazon, and it's indeed helped me to get most of them offline, which I used to buy the album from the digital store. Thanks for the support team!

90% of of converts didn't work. I kept getting failed 8004. Despite changing the settings, having the latest version, etc it still won't work. Save your money! It's a scam.

Not bad. I'm from Flixicam, they have a Netflix downloader. I then was recommended to this Prime video downloader. I'm in France and recently they provide me a beta version. It works perfectly. Later I may also purchase their Amazon music converter. Thank you guys.

iMacでSpotifyの方をかなり前から使ってまして、便利だなと思ってて、Amazon musicでも使えたら良いな・・と思ってたら　出てるとは・・・

OS のアップデートをMacBook PROで行う次いでに、MacBook Proには Amazon musicを入れました。
非常に軽いのが特徴で、少々ビックリ。【トイレに行ってる間に5〜6曲・・・】

高音質も　と思うならば、デフォルトの設定AUTOからWAV FLAC等選べれるのも良いですねー。
何にせよ、UIも簡単になり、設定も簡単になったから非常にありがたいです。
また、使い方の動画も豊富にリンクされてて参考にしやすい。
あと、サポートが丁寧なので、困ったらメールで直接聞いても良いと思います。
その場合、pc画面をスクショして送るか、pc画面を動画で【Macなので QuickTimeで】撮影して使い方を困ってる所をサポートに提示してあげた方が、解決は早いですね。
あと、サポートの方が外国人（と言え日本語はペラペラ）の場合がありそうなので（国際会社なのでね・・）言い回し方を標準語にした方が良いかとも（余計な老婆心ですが。）

何にせよ、
軽く早いアプリ。
素早いサポート。
これなら、この金額は買いですね。（っか買ってます）

I've been using Spotify on my iMac for quite a while now, and I thought it was useful, and I was hoping it would work with Amazon music too, and I didn't know it was available...

In addition to updating the OS on my MacBook Pro, I also installed Amazon music on my MacBook Pro.
I was a little surprised to find that it was very light. I can play 5 or 6 songs while I go to the bathroom...

It's also good to be able to choose WAV FLAC etc. from the default setting AUTO if you think it's high quality sound.
In any case, I'm very grateful for the simpler UI and easier settings.
Also, there are plenty of links to videos on how to use it, so it's easy to refer to.
Also, the support is very polite, so if you have any problems, you can email them and ask them directly.
In that case, it would be faster to send a screenshot of your computer screen or take a video of your computer screen (QuickTime, since it's a Mac) and show the support where you are having trouble using the software.
Also, since the support person may be a foreigner (but fluent in Japanese), I think it would be better to use standard Japanese (since it is an international company...).

Anyway.
Light and fast application.
Quick support.
The price is right for this. I've already bought it.
