J'ai commandé tunepat all-in windows et j'ai reçu le code version mac, le SAV une catastrophe il me propose de repayer et après me rembourser et depuis plus de réponse de leur part.

A couple of days in and surprise surprise its now dead and does not work anymore and i get this sinking feeling that it will stay dead until my year runs out

Cela fait 1 an que j'ai la licence à vie de Tunepat, jusqu'à présent, les films achetés sur amazon, j'arrivais à les télécharger sur disque dur externe. Depuis 3 jours, plus possible de les transférer sur mon pc.
A mon c'est la clé de la licence qui ne fonctionne plus, c'est une arnaque la licence à vie

Fonctionne plutot bien,

mais acheté la version windows au lieu de mac, parce que leur site ne détecte pas automatiquement l'OS.
ils auraient au moins pu permettre d'activer la version windows OU mac avec la meme clé !
donc maintenant je dois l'utiliser avec mon vieil ordinateur.

Netflix doesn't work for a long time. They dont reply emails.

j'ai contacter le SAV pour savoir comment rectifier le copier coller sur la fenetre d'enregistrement et c'est un robot qui m'ecris quatres fois de suite le 09 avril 2014 j'ai envoyer un mail au SAV pour demander le remboursement le 10 au matin j'ai reçu une reponse pour me demander de faire une capture d'ecran pour savoir ou cela coincait j'ai retelecharger le bon logiciel parce que tout est melanger donc je telecharge je l'ouvre je met mon adresse mail et avec le clavier une a une ( lettre ) je met ma licence et là miracle cela fonctionne PS j'ai comme même envoyer la capture d'ecran

ç est le même problème que l, autre chaque fois veuillez réessayer une autre vidéo je change mon avis, logiciel bon pour 3 jours et puis arnaque ! Or Netflix en normal fonctionne sur ma TV donc c'est le logiciel qui ne va pas c est pas Netflix

le lendemain, j'ai contacté le service client , elle m'a dit que j'ai fait une faute en écrivant mon email , je lui ai demandé de rectifier cette erreur mais elle ne peut pas le faire , elle me propose d'acheter encore son produit , j'ai refusé et lui a demande de me rembourser , depuis ce jour , le service client ne me répond plus , je veux porter plainte contre cette société qui m'a volé 189,90 euros

Don't work for netflix

I tried Tunepat Netfix Video downloader program for a month and just love it so now am upgrading to the All-In-One version so can download videos from Amazon Prime Video and others too!!! ... It was so easy to use I was amazed.. Well done TunePat!!!

I used Amazon Video Downloader for about 11 months which made possible for me to watch offline my favourite Movies and Series in very good quality in Audio & Video depending the quality given by the video-platform itself (most often 1080p)
VideoGo makes the same but is available for the most relevant Video-platforms like Amazon, Disney+, Netflix.
The use of the software is really simple:
Set the parameters for the download (video quality, audio quality, languages of subtitle),
Type in your login for the concerned video-platfom.
After this just type in the search box even the url of the movie/series or the name of the movie/serie and the software does the rest.
Regarding your stored parameters in the software it finds the relevant files and movies.
Simply choose the movie (or complete series) you want to download et let's start in a few clicks.
You can choose to download all the files or just a few of them. If you want you can modify the parameters for each movie or set the same parameters for all of them.
you can choose several audio langages, same for the subtitles.
If you have a compatible GPU you can use Hardware-acceleration too.

In case of download errors you can retry with one-click the same download. The software keeps the already stored data and continues the download.

During the last year I got very few errors and the software works great with a (paid) VPN software behind to bypass possible geolocation restrictions.
