不具合が出ても即対応してくれる。サポートがしっかりしているのは非常にありがたいです。

とても使いやすいツール、YouTube Music、Apple Music、Spotify、Amazon Musicなどからダウンロードできるので、このソフトがあれば他には必要ないほど十分。変換スピードも申し分ない。

サポート体制が充実している。返信も早い。

素晴らしい製品だと思います！様々な動画や音楽が保存でき好きなときに自由に見れる事はとても便利で役に立ちます。この製品を使い性能の良さと使い方の簡単さ便利さに私はとても感動しました。今後もかなり使えるかと思います！

今回サポートして頂いた件は
amazonのメルアドを変更した時に起きた問題でした。
メルアドを変更した場合にtunebotoのアップデートが出来ない点でした。
メール問い合わせで連絡したら翌日に対応して頂き、問題無く解決しました。対応がとても早くて良かったです。

基本的には満足していますが、3回ログイン制限は無しにして欲しいと思います。

他の方も書いてましたが、2023.10.26頃から動画が検索できない不具合が発生したため、サポートにログ記録を含めて連絡したところ、数日でアプリをアップデートしてくださり、快適に使用することが出来るようになりました。また利用できなかった期間についても、期限延長してくださり、サポートチームの対応に感謝です。

高画質でダウンロードできます。最新のアップデートでダウンロードの速度が向上しました。問題が発生してもサポートに連絡すれば対応してくれます。
不満はありません。今後もTuneBotoのソフトを愛用していきたいと思います。

数日前2023年10月26日頃から検索できずにいて
サポートに問い合わせたら内部最新を使ってとあり
利用してるのですが
失敗　3090　のエラーでダウンロードできずにいます
長編になるとこうなる様な印象です
最新版にエラーが多いのは理解できますが。。。。
何のエラーなのかの返事がないのがいけないです

I was looking at that time for a user-friendly converter but with ease and quality, but as you know there are many out there, so I look at each one carefully. And I like what I saw on Tuneboto for the Amazon Converter. I needed to make sure both work in harmony. And it did very quite well. Right away I noticed you can even do sampling rate higher than cd quality. Alos, you can pick the right format since we live in a digital world. No more using compact discs to record from a component like a cd recorder and doing this manually. Imagine the time consuming that will be? Well, that is where Tuneboto comes in effortlessly you can do so much more like it does it for you with ease and quality. You can easily pick the whole album and or favorite songs of your liking and then you have the preference to put in digital album folder with artist name and or title as well with by name or by number for each song. Again, it does everything for you and perfect too. As for me, picking the highest quality audio was important to me at that time because I did notice from beginner to naive how sound is from mp3 compression recording sounds and there is wav as well of other formats. But then again Tuneboto converter gives you many options what best suits your needs and I like that because you have options. And. I like it I really liked so much that I no longer need to buy CDs just to record in blank cd-r disc. Imagine the expenses that will be? as well the time consuming and time constraint? I am happy that Tuneboto exists because it made my life much easier to just do these in a PC laptop or desktop while I have time to do other stuff just marvelous. And I would like to give my honest opinion on how I feel that there is a company such as Tuneboto who make it possible to enjoy your favorite songs so you can enjoy to best highest quality standards. And I am a true believer it's like I am my own music engineer to record how I want to be heard and intended. Thank you Tuneboto where would I be without my music and your service? Much respect and thank you!

１年ほど使ってますが、アップデートもサポートもダウンロードに関しても問題なく重宝しております。

アマゾンミュージック版もラインナップされているみたいで、次もお世話になろうかと考えております。

間違って前にメールアドレスを入力したせいか更新停止のリンクを頂けておりません。何度もメールを送っても返答も頂けておりません。早急な対応をしただけないので評価を低くさせていただきました。性能自体は全然いいとは思います。

a reasonably polished interface that is very easy to use and works to seamlessly convert files. the "click to switch modes" setup can be a bit confusing and frustrating at times. it's convenient to be able to export into multiple file formats at multiple bitrates.

Grateful! With TuneBoto, I no longer have to be bothered by video expiration! The downloaded image quality is also very clear, and i can also watch it on my computer!

高解像度1080pに設定しても　ダウンロード時に勝手に360p 480pに設定されてしまいます。　何が問題なのかわかりません。　1080pでダウンロードできるものもあります。　元々の動画が低解像度での配信のものは仕方ありませんが、ちゃんと高解像度で配信しているものも　このような現象になってしまいます。　解決法を教えてください。

Leider musste ich feststellen, dass nach 5000 Audioteilen das Programm gestoppt wurde.
Dies war beim Kauf nirgends erkennbar! Nur der Hinweis, dass es für den persönlichen Gebrauch ist. Und das mache ich auch.
Ich will für meine Kinder die Hörbücher sichern um sie im Auto anzuhören. Leider hat jedoch ein Hörbuch ca. 48 Audioteile. Da komme ich nicht weit…
Die einzige angegebene Kontaktmöglichkeit per E-Mail funktioniert nicht. Die E-Mails können nicht mal übermittelt werden. Jetzt hab ich viel Geld für wenig Leistung gezahlt....

I signed up for monthly subscription and I've been billed up to 15x per month for $15.94. This is outright theft and customer service won't even respond to my inquirys. This is an untrustworthy merchant that's managed to steal thousands of dollars from me over a 2 year period. It's not worth doing business with Tuneboto. They're a bunch of thieves.
