Right was lovely at first, but now that I've had it for two years it is clear that the lab-grown diamond isn't durable. A scratch appeared across the front facet about six months ago, and now I've notice that the edges of cut are starting to look scuffed. Shame, as this was a replacement for my lost engagement ring.

I ordered two rings which have just arrived and are gorgeous. They didn't have either of the rings I wanted in stock in my size, so I was prepared for the 14-21 days wait as stated on the website. I did message them, and they replied straightaway. Anyway I ordered them on the Sunday, and messaged them and confirmed order (and delay on the Monday) - and they arrived 2 days later. What a wonderful early unexpected surprise - I can now wear them on holiday next week.

I have bought several items from Tru Diamonds, always a good experience. The quality is lovely and the customer service is exemplary. I recommend them strongly.

My postman has just delivered my new ring ( Princess Beatrice's engagement ring), i have been looking at it for sometime and its stunning there is nothing wrong its just perfact.
This is my 3rd ring and will not be my last.

Orene is the most helpful service manager I have dealt with. It doesn’t matter how busy she is always has time to do the business and have a chat if I have a problem it is soon put right no fuss and they trust there customers.
I have to stop buying now health results and I haven’t got any more fingers

I’ve been wanting a new engagement ring as my previous one went missing. I found a suggestion on Facebook, at first I was a little sceptical about suggestions due to previous experiences.
I had a look on the website for a ring that I could wear for years to come, I seen a few that I liked.
I found about 5 that ticked the boxes but not 5/5, waited a bit longer and found my dream ring.
The ‘Grace Kelly’ ring certainly ticked them boxes for me, I had 2 rings because I paid £1 more and had £50 off.
It took 2 weeks for it to come back, I had emails to keep me informed of the ring and when it would be delivered.
I opened the box, absolutely stunning rings, the quality is second to none.
Really pleased with them

Great customer service, had an issue applying a voucher and they helped me immediately. The necklace is beautiful, really subtle and classy. The stones are chat and sparkly so I'm very pleased. Works highly recommend.

This was my second time buying from Tru Dimond’s. I spoke with Nuri and she helped with placing the order.(coincidentally Nuri helped me last year).
The order arrived safely and on time. My wife and I opened the package together and we were both so pleased with the ring, she tried it on and the the ring looked so beautiful on her finger. The second box contained a matching necklace and again it looked so beautiful around my wife’s neck.

Very good understanding customer service

I've been a customer for a number of years and have a decent collection, and also purchased as gifts. I've always had a great service, really fast delivery and easy return of a couple of items, due to unsuitability, never quality or size issues. When I've needed to communicate, answers have been prompt and queries dealt with patiently. The pieces themselves are beautiful and stay that way, when cared for appropriately. No issues with plating wearing or tarnishing.

Very impressed with the customer service, very quick to reply to emails and the life time warranty they offer is great. Lovely rings, definitely recommend

Bought a beautiful saphire pedant necklace for my wife on our 45th wedding anniversary. It is just stunning and my wife loves it. My only criticism is, the chain was too short for her and I had to order a longer chain which arrivedbvery promptly. I just wish the necklace could be ordered with the chain length I required.
