Problems with the website displaying offer price which unfortunately didn’t transfer to basket price. Telephoned they day after and had to order over phone. Operator wasn’t 100% convinced by what I was saying but authorised the order anyway. I did notice a few days later that the jewellery I had ordered was now coming up on offer price.
The jewellery ( earrings) are absolutely stunning and I am delighted with them.

I had a problem with one of the rings that I bought a few months ago, I spoke to a lady who told me to return it for which I did and a couple of weeks later I received a brand new ring. So well done TruDiamond

I purchased a ring I didn't like and after a rather unhappy experience had a call from Orene who went above and beyond to arrange a replacement for me. She talked me through the options and sent the replacement in double quick time. I am very pleased with the replacement and it will serve as a stand in for my engagement ring until I am able to get that remodelled. I can't praise and thank Orene enough and TruDiamonds should hold on to such a wonderful employee!

I had a problem ordering on line so decided to phone the number given then no problems at all . The assistant on the phone was more than helpful . Now I have the ring it is beautiful made the right choice.

What a great company I’ve had to return a couple of rings for resizing and I was treated with respect and nothing was a problem well done.

Customer service very slow waited 20 odd days for ring to be delivered was small sized so sent back for a return .had ordered an eternity ring to match I didn’t like it sent both back in one box heard nothing despite being delivered by royal mail ages ago so mailed them go a response now I sent back rings one for exchange one for refund at my own expense only to be told my exchange will take up to 21 days to replace absolute joke having waited so long for the first one and I’d have heard nothing as soon as I did if I not mailed them …. Need to update how u do business not a very good service at all

I rang up to place my order.i had a few questions all answered and dealt with. I love the ring I purchased. I thought good value. Perfect sizing. I have ordered several rings in the past and hope to order again.

Very quick to order and deliver my ring that i was told would be between 14 and 21 days.

Had to send my ring back as I lost a stone. There was a mix up they sent the wrong replacement back. I phoned and was asked to send it back. I sent it Monday , Tuesday they rang to confirm correct ring, Wednesday morning ring was delivered .
What better service could you get. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.
