This company is appalling AVOID
I would give 0 stars if it could be left!!
Ordered my item on 19/5/22 I have left numerous emails, social media messages, voicemails and txts. I have had no response from anyone no notification that the item has been shipped HOWEVER MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED £630.
This is not an amount of money I can loose. Either send me the item I bought in good faith or send me my refund!!!
Avoid TRNDZ BOUTIQUE like the plague they are the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

The company refunded me after starting dispute action with my bank. It wasn’t a voluntary refund on their part. I’ve just tried to search for the dress again via Google to find that Trndz boutique are advertising the exact dress that I bought 3 weeks ago from them and did not receive. They emailed saying they didn’t have this item in stock. What is this company up to?!!!!!!

Hi Katie,
I’m not sure what the point is of adding this extra information as you had already opened a dispute prior to your email requesting a refund so obviously the only way of refunding you was accepting your dispute which we did.
We don’t have the dress you wanted available like we stated, Google still advertising it must be an error or a delay in updating our shopping feed.
I hope this clears up any confusion you may have regarding your order. If you want to contact us regarding anything you can just drop us an email.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . NO REFUND GIVEN
Order Placed on the 26th April, After having to chase 3 times the Moncler jacket finally arrived on the 9th May. I found it very difficult to get a response to get my returns number, I sent the package back on the 12th May Special Delivery, it is now the 28th May and I have not received my refund.
I have not recieved a response to any of my emails /voicemails .

Customer service appalling
Customer service appalling, waited a week for shoes, then wrong size arrived. Sent messages to WhatsApp number , no response, several emails , no response, on line chat - still no response.

The sizing for Sebago is in US and not UK sizing. Our apologies for the confusion regarding this.
We will send you a return label so you can exchange for the correct size you need.

i’m not sure repeat
after 7 days without knowing anything about my order I received an email with the tracking me,I received the product today and everything is ok only the labels were detached from the bag, I don't think it's normal but I'll keep it because I wanted it a lot. I find the transport a bit expensive

Slow service but ok
Item took 11 days to be dispatched which is quite poor when the delivery cost was £9.99 and supposed to take 2-5 days. I emailed about this and they responded fairly quickly saying the item would be dispatched that day, and then it still wasn't shipped for another 4 days. Item is great but service is bad, wouldn't use again...
