scam!!!!!

I want to CANCEL my order and give me a REFUND.

I have emailed three times but no reply!!!
I tried the helpchat also doesn't work!!!!!!!!

Give me a refund as soon as possible before I call the police!!!!!!!

After receiving your reply, I checked the card details, and the payment was NOT CANCELED.
CHECK IT OUT AGAIN.
I didn't pay with PayPal, but I paid with an app card. You will have to check it again and give me a refund.

Delivery stated 2-5 days. Ordered over 10 days ago now and radio silence, no confirmation of dispatch. Have contacted the company several times and no response. Really disappointed as I was sceptical of this company but gave benefit of the doubt. Will have to go through Klarna to get my money back!

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. Paid a big sum of money based on the looks of the website and the payment options.

I was hoping to receive the order (#107476) which was supposed to be my girlfriend's birthday gift, on time. No reply to my emails however, then found these reviews. Now I'll have to focus on getting my money back and finding a new present. Very unsatisfying experience.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Still waiting for a refund on a returned item. 2months ago. Absolute p*ss take.

Please DO NOT order anything from this company. It is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of sandals luckily via my credit card, was charged and nothing arrived. However I was charged again whilst under dispute with them. Again very luckily my credit card company covered the second payment. To date I’ve had no response to emails, nor has my bank and no sandals have ever arrived. This is a company that should not be trading!

I placed an order for a handbag before reading these reviews. I heard nothing from Trndz Boutique other than an order confirmation but paid £300. I worried this was a scam company. But eventually they responded to my email confirming order despatched and sure enough my beautiful bag at a great price arrived. So all in all whilst their communication was lacking to begin with, they responded in the end and I have my order. The reviews are alarming but I’m delighted with the service.

Made an order June 29th for trainers, well they never arrived, so I kicked off at them and they cancelled the order - it’s now August 17th and I still don’t have my £150 back - so they basically have just stolen my money, how are these crooks still operating? I’ve have noticed the website is down “for maintenance” in the meantime I’ve had to enter a dispute with my debit card to get this money back, absolutely crazy situation

I placed an order with this website on 31.07.22. I still haven't received the items I have purchased despite me chasing them up several times. I have asked them last Friday to cancel the order and i still haven't heard back from them. They had promised me last Saturday (13th August) I would receive my order but this didn't happen. Save yourself the hassle and avoid at all costs. My order was over £300 worth. As other customers have mentioned, they do not reply to they whatsapp messages and my messages do not seem to actually ever having been delivered/read.

This is third review for the same purchase.

They tell me to email them to get a reply and to not leave bad reviews - fair enough.

Question: Why do they only reply to messages after me leaving a review on TrustPilot?

I have never used TrustPilot before but was recommended to do so in order to prompt a reply from the merchant.

I made a very simple return request but heard nothing back. I reverted back to leaving a review here to prompt/ expedite a reply for my return request.

In the three reviews I have left coincidentally I have received replies to emails with a few minutes of the review being published.

My sincere constructive feedback is that they improve their communication with customers so that people like me don’t have to resort using TrustPilot to prompt replies.

Your website is excellent and purchase processes are super slick- if you had the same customer service then your business would flourish and we wouldn’t be communicating publicly on matters that are simple operational issues that you need to address internally.

I have no intention in harming your business but the nature of what you do as a merchant leaves you wide open to critique from customers.

I sincerely hope that once I send back the item I purchased you will promptly refund me.

Having read fellow customer experiences it seems that they have not been very happy with the return and refund process.

Ordered item Tuesday 26th July and delivery was stated 2 days. Money taken for the purchase that evening when stated it was to be taken on dispatch of the item. No tracking number sent, item now says out of stock on website. Have attempted to contact on chat no response, sent email next day no response and tried to contact via WhatsApp again no response and message not delivered. I have now asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as it’s Friday 29th July and still no communication or response to the variety of communication methods that I have tried to contact this company. Very poor. Have ordered the item elsewhere and received item next day. No shipment details received and response to any messages or emails.

Decent shop with lots of items.

It has been 7 weeks and I have not received a refund. Please can you send proof that the refund payment has left your account?

Top service and quick delivery only drawback is that they charge postage when a lot of other companies offer free shipping within the UK

After no communication and waiting 6 weeks for a refund i left a google review, the response was that id receive this within a week , so 7 weeks for a refund ! But .... this hasnt materialised , so more than 7 weeks after returning my item I haven't had my money back. Terrible service
As below , you advised this was refunded however the bank have confirmed this is not the case . There is no refund processing! Back to square 1?

I bought a designer cross over bag for my daughter and was slightly worried as I haven't used TRNDZ Boutique before and was about to spend a lot of money. I decided to buy from this company as it had a page that explained that everything was original and authentic which put me slightly at ease. The bag I ordered was delivered within the 3-5 working days that was stated which was perfect for me. When it arrived it was exactly what I was expecting. Perfect quality and my daughter was delighted! Price was also cheaper than other websites that I visited. I will definitely be using this company again and also recommend to friends and family.
