Justin Hawkins was extremely helpful when booking our cruise. As this is my first cruise, he provided lots of useful information and answered all my questions clearly, which really put my mind at ease.

Very friendly staff, very competent and very accomodating, pleasant and easy service, more than adequate information given and overall a very pleasant experience.

Chris was excellent, he remembered us from when we had to cancel a holiday last year. He seemed excited to book our next holiday and explained to us our options about hotels and airport parking. He told us to take our time in deciding what to do, he was not pushy in any way. Which we grateful for. He is a genuinely nice guy, who gets about booking your holiday and therefore gets you even more excited about it 😁
