Chris was brilliant and found exactly what we wanted, for a very good price - perfect.

Excellent customer service, the cruise we were going to book was not what we expected, which was pointed out by the staff, and was given alternative options, of which we accepted ,and picked our cruise, thanks to their help.We are loyal Travel House customers, the staff a very friendly and professional, we always come away positive.
We also purchase our currency at the Branch.

We are a group of 8 ladies in our sixties and and visited the Travel House as we wanted to book a Norwegian cruise for April 2027. Our travel agent Christopher was absolutely brilliant, he went through the prices , availability, explained the layout on the ships and the cabin placement, the ports of call and excursions , dining options and everything we needed to know to help us make our choice of booking the Arvia for our trip. Chris was so knowledgeable, patient and kind and went above and beyond,explaining everything to make it a lovely experience. We were there a long time but he didn't try to rush us at all and we left feeling happy and looking forward to our trip! Thank you so much , we would definitely use Travel House again.
