Arif was fantastic at doing his job quick nice polite and professional could not ask for a better service from him highly recommend credit to the team

Arif was very helpful.

Ayaan at the Wednesbury branch was very helpful. Gave us good advice , didn’t give us any hard sell. Listened to what we wanted and could talk to him about our budget and the different ways we could afford to do finance if we wanted to go that route. As I’m savvy on cars I did hard checks on the car looking at the service history at some point soon we will be buying a car through the Trade centre.

Sale of car was good when we went back to collect the car had to wait ages to finalised deal

If I could give a lower score I would. Do not use these cowboys. They are nice and efficient when taking your money but if you have a problem afterwards they are unreasonable and rude. My car has had nothing but faults since I brought it and trying to get them sorted has been a nightmare. Rude staff who don't listen. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

We were assisted by a sales gentleman by the name of Johnathan Ngolo very pleasant patient and very informative made my first time visit to the Trade center UK a positive one from beginning to end.

Sound experience from kad

I was in a rush but kad made my process great

Leah was great today, she has given me clear guidance during the process whilst maintaining a friendly and polite atmosphere and has answered many questions and provided peace of mind to myself.

From start to finish I have been messed about , I was promised scratches would be removed before I collected it, but they wasn’t and still haven’t been done , I took it in a few wks after a months wait to be told I needed to leave it for 3 days I was not told this. I was also abused by a staff he actually swear at me.. J jAmes is supposed to be compensating me for a wasted day 7 hrs they had and did nothing. I paid in full in cash and I hate this car now, I have also been told I cannot have a cc while they keep it for 3 days..
I will never buy from here again the company is a sham.. it’s made me ill

They show on website £3000 off on every single car and i drive somerset to wednesbury just for buy a car. When i reach there then i check on some care they give discount £500 and some £1000 i don't understand why they are doing fake advertisement and misguide customers
