Very good service but my car needs to back small problem

I drove out the car bought for a price of £13000 and it stopped after 1 mile. Probably it ran out of fuel and I had to call the extended warranty company which said its not active which I had paid for. It was a really bad experience.

Sadly have to give 1 star. Bought a lovely car today 24th July 26 for the wife. Everything went get well till we had to tax the vehicle. The staff couldn't do it ( didnt have the log book ) just random print out with V5 number. The post office couldn't do it either. So I called dvla, and they said who every was the last owner didnt register. Now we have to wait 3/4 weeks. Plus the wife can't go work because we did part exchange.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

We bought a 17 plate Citroen C4 cactus back in August. From the get go it was faulty. Misfiring, shaky steering and wouldn't select gears. We took it back to them two weeks later and was offered a repair. We asked to reject the vehicle then and there and was told that we couldn't do so. We felt as if we had no choice but to accept the repair. Weeks went by and after some time begging for a courtesy vehicle and we finally collected the car. It had a brand new engine and clutch. Great. Not. We then began having more issues with the exhaust and catalytic converter. Took it back. Tried to reject once more. We were told no as we were out of our thirty days. Once again we accepted the repair. A week go by, more asking for a courtesy car to finally get one. Once the car was repaired again we went to collect it to find they had left it unlocked for an unknown length of time, dumped in the car park, not in a space, by the front gate. We dealt with that and took it back again. We have now had a problem with the oil pressure and the cam shaft sensor so we have had to go down the consumer rights act and invoke the final right to reject. We were told the car would be inspected on the 15th and ot still hasn't been inspected as of today (23rd July) numerous phone calls and turning up to the site to be told the same information time and time again. We've been made to feel stupid and we are out of pocket with still no resolution in sight. We are one of thousands on a Facebook group dealing with the same thing
