My email was wrong but kad made everything correct for me

Terrible experience in aftersales. They had my car for 6 weeks. They even broke my car whilst changing the brake pads! They eventually paid a local brand garage to fix it but dragged their feet at that.
I will never buy from TCUK again.

Khaliq was so good and knew exactly what we needed.
Kad was equally brilliant and made the whole experience of purchasing a car delightful.

They was lovely in store however I didn’t even have my car for 24hrs and had 4 light come up, sent back to be fixed I was told it would take 2 days received a call saying it was ready to collect when I arrived they said one of the parts hadn’t been delivered and that it was coming the next morning then they said the ABS sensor had been done but the brakes needed doing. I called for 3 days and didn’t get a call back finally spoke to them today and they lied as the sensor hasn’t even been delivered yet. The ABS is dangerous if not fixed, I had my 2 year old in that car, they say that these checks are all done before handing the car over (obviously not) it’s an absolute joke. Wouldn’t recommend at all they still have the car today. Absolutely piss take!!!!!!!!

Awful after sales team, was waiting around this afternoon for over 5 hours for a so called quick and easy fix appointment. No communication was given back to me throughout the day. I got told on two different occasions they couldn’t sort the problem, so twice I asked for my keys back to the car as I had to leave for work, but nobody responded to me.

They are very helpful but the process is quite long nearly 5 hours

So this company took my deposit on an agreed sale and said they would hold the vehicle for me until I received my works contact! When I returned to pick up the car a week later as agreed they had sold it!
When I spoke to the manager and told him they were in breech of contract he replied,” take us to court and see who wins.”
Bunch of chancers, very polite and helpful when they’re after your hard earned money but don’t really give a damn about customer service!

I had a great experience today i met with a few different trade centre staff and then had my main dealings with arif he went through all documentation and made me feel at ease with what i was doing and buying, he went above and beyond to make my time at the centre comfortable and helped me with any questions i had. All in all its been good and ive got the car i wanted.

I have been sold a car that has hostoric data occuring, needed thermostat replacing within 2 weeks of myself driving it. I went to reject my car under the warranty and was put through horrendous service, no clear communication,failing to respond to concern and falsely diagnosing the fault stating its the car battery!
Poor communication from aftersales and template emails sent out for you to fill in, snall print will cancel the rejection once you agree to a new battery.
Please be careful buying a car from here wednesbury branch.
