Great Customer Service
Excellent service, a call the night before, confirming my appointment was a nice touch.
Mia was friendly and efficient, and dealt with my queries with patience and courtesy.
The complimentary clean was also much appreciated

Popped unannounced as my tyre pump…
Popped unannounced as my tyre pump wasn’t working and missing parcel shelf clip.
Mia on reception straight away asked Kamil a technician to look at my car. Turned out the pump worked but the fuse 12noon wasn’t working. Within 5 minutes all fixed and also back shelf mended. Outstanding service.

Staff was wonderful and helpful
Mia charters was wonderful and helpful, also many of the members of staff was accommodating. Steve and Paul very helpful. Kamil done a wonderful job and service on the vehicle. All round 5 stars 🤩

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. I came in for a recall and was called in the morning confirming booking and when I arrived I recived a warm greeting from Mia who made my wait very calming.
