Excellent Customer service
I had my 2nd service today at Toomey MG, I was looked after by Mia Charters from the service dept. I was most impressed with her Customer ServIce skills and pleasant demeana, If MG know what is good for them they should give her a chance to develope within the business.

Service counter reset
Had an issue with the service light coming on a few days after my service. Called into Toomey Basildon this morning and in no time at all Mia got the issue sorted and I was back out on the road.

I would like to say a huge thanks to Giovanni at MG Basildon. Earlier today my car wouldn’t start - we called AA who identified that the battery was being drained due to an initialising issue with the radio. The AA managed to charge the battery but warned me that this was likely to happen again. As we were going away for the weekend in the car I was pretty stressed by this so I quickly drove to MG Basildon and arrived 20 mins before closing time with zero expectations that anything could be done today. However Giovanni advised a software update would resolve the issue and he would do it straight away (even thought it meant going passed closing time) to give me peace of mind. I really want to say this was extremely good service and way beyond what I was expecting. Thanks so much Giovanni.
