If I could, I would give them 0 stars. My husband and I went to this dealership and bought 2 Leapmotor vehicles. We liked them so much that our son and daughter also bought a vehicle each. As we had bought 4 vehicles we were promised the car mats for free and also money for a new key card for one of the vehicles. We are still waiting and it has been 11 months. The manager, Richard, is well aware of this as he was the one who authorised the freebies but has not done anything about it since. I keep texting Jordan, who was the salesman and I tried e mailing Richard but have got nothing from them. It seems that they sell the vehicles but then don’t have any time for you afterwards. Aftersales is atrocious. They are now no longer a Leapmotor dealer but a Chery dealership.

Appalling customer service. Test drive arranged for 2pm, a walk in customer takes my test drive. I have better things to be doing with my family at the weekend rather than waiting for you guys to get your act together!

I had a puncture (unbeknown to me as I thought it was a problem with either the valve or the tyre monitoring system!) It transpired it was a double but slow puncture which was not reparable. When Toomey (Laindon) knew that I was making a long journey on Monday MIA (CHARTERS) went out of her way to try to secure me an appointment today. She was pleasant, efficient and friendly. The technician LEWIS (CRICK) was efficient at sorting the problem as well as kindly fitting us in at the last minute. I would highly commend everyone at this dealership if the people I dealt with today are an example. Thank you for your helpfulness and consideration.

Excellent dealership! We absolutely love our new Chery Tiggo 8. The staff at Laindon were fantastic, and Elise in particular made sure our car-buying journey went smoothly from start to finish. The entire process was seamless—we ordered the car on Saturday and collected it just four days later on Wednesday. Elise was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always quick to answer any questions we had. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend this dealership and car to anyone ! Thankyou!

Went to MG Basildon for my MOT.
Ellie was extremely polite, but the highlight of my experience was from Kris the Technician!
He was extremely knowledgeable, kind hearted, and explained everything to me.
I could not put into words how great Kris was!

The service desk always remembers me giving the service a personal touch . Every part of the experience is amazing . Mia is a credit to this branch . Always polite and smiling . Nothing is too much trouble for her . My MOT was done and my car returned in a timely manner .
