I used the services of one of the Toller's partners for a restrictive covenant issue in London that threatened to derail our development project. Having dealt with many legal professionals and also managed solicitors in commercial property for many years in a previous role, it was refreshing to deal with a legal professional who was so pragmatic, responsive and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Working with Heather allowed us to arrive at a solution that ensured the project went forward. Huge thanks.

The sale of my late mother's house was so straightforward with the help of Louise and her team at Tollers Solicitors in Corby. They also have offices at Kempston in Bedford and Northampton which was useful when delivering some of the documentation.

This was a difficult sale for us as I had relocated my Aunt to Glasgow from Cottesmore and everything had to be done remotely, rather than us being on hand. I cannot convey how happy I was with Tollers handling of the sale. English law being somewhat different from Scots, I probably asked more of Tollers than most, but as they say " the proof is in the pudding ". Sale price realised and a very happy Aunt able to fund her twighlight years very nicely. Another point I found to Tollers credit was that when one team member wasn't in the office, another was clued up enough to slot into place and answer any queries we had. Trust me that was not the case with many other organisations we have had to deal with, and it made such a difference. We'll done Tollers, and thanks.

Mandy, and her team at Tollers did an outstanding job for us during our move, which on paper looked to be straightforward, however it was just the opposite.

We cannot praise their professionalism highly enough, as problem, after problem, kept arising from things outside our control they handled each one diligently,and kept us fully informed all the way through, and even after exchange they sorted out the FIT payments for the solar panels.

Tollers communication is shockingly bad.
Previous experience of conveyancers has been a more personal touch, they hide behind the restrictions of Covid but that doesn't stop you calling or sending an email. At no point did I have any contact with the person actually dealing with my case and when I asked to speak to them you are constantly fobbed off with the welcome team.
The receptionist was downright rude when we dropped our ID's off.
I would never use again and would not recommend

Suzanne Bingham is simply unbeatable. Clear guidance on a right of way dispute in a lease. suzanne knows her knitting inside out.

Recommend that Suzanne is the first and only option when you need help with dispute resolution.

The latest regards our previous Tollers review/s detailing Tollers attempts to pump up their fixed price, total lack of promised regular updates, numerous errors, refusal of boss to return phone calls, last minute refusal to complete the conveyancing process because we refused to pay their additional costs and their written threats to ruin us if we did an online review etc ......... whilst we continue to offer masses of written evidence to support every part of our previous reviews including copy of Tollers threatening letter and contemporaneous Email evidence of their refusal to return calls to us to try and sort problems out etc etc ...... Tollers refuse to supply any requested evidence whatsoever of their " bogus " review and " defamation " claims ....... they just continue their " rant " ....... its still hard for us to believe the way that they treated us and how they almost ruined my girlfriends new home retirement plans when they were supposed to be a professional legal business working on our behalf !! ..... we will never forget their nastiness and their incompetence.

It became apparent very early in the process that they were quite happy to do absolutely nothing and let the bill ramp up and as they were getting paid by the hour they clearly had no incentive to chase anything unless it fell in their lap. You got the feeling that if you didn’t make contact then nothing would ever happen! You simply did not know what was going on in the background because communication was at times non existent. I would advice anybody in the future to use a solicitor that charges a flat fee on completion to avoid having to constantly ask for updates and end up doing most of the work yourself.

I've been fighting a case with this firm for 2 years they take take and still dont get your money

Cathy Eaton has been like a caring friend whilst dealing with all matters following the deaths of my parents. Nothing has been too much trouble and she is always available to offer advice and support or calls back when promised.

I used Tollers for Conveyancing on 2 properties. Both the sale and purchase were complex and Tollers were excellent. Kirsten Blaikie was in touch with all parties regularly, and towards the final stages she called me daily. I was kept fully updated. She was extremely knowledgeable about the complex issues that revealed themselves and found rapid solutions. I’ve bought and sold many properties and this is by far the best service I’ve ever had. Value for money, expert, prompt service and consistently cheerful. What more could one ask? Huge thanks!

Should be no stars for my no win-no-fee personal injury claim. They were only prepared to do minimal work because there was no legal precedent and therefore not a 100% certainty of a win. I had a good case but as Tollers' were not prepared to fight my corner (the solicitor I had was even undermining me) I have had to take my case elsewhere... Lazy, tick box lawyers who wasted my time and energy! If you're happy with that go with them, if not look elsewhere.
