Do not use for conveyancing and especially if you’re new to it. Very unhelpful, plenty of mistakes in documentation and constant additional costs that were not included on the original quote for fairly standard services. They nearly cost us the whole process by wrongly calculating the final bill. Would not recommend to anyone.

Elite Law handled the conveyancing for both my sale and purchase, and the service throughout was excellent. Maxine and Erin managed the entire process efficiently, with no fuss or delay.

Communication was always prompt, and we were kept fully informed at every stage. Although our transaction wasn’t the most straightforward, their professionalism and consistency never wavered.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elite Law for conveyancing services.

We have had terrible experiences with Solicitors in the past. On a recent house move the estate agent recommended Elite Law Solicitors, we was nervous at first, they assigned Holly as our conveyance solicitor and we shouldn’t have worried, Holly was amazing, she guided us through our house sale with ease there was little stress and her communication was spot on. Exceptional service from Elite Law. We were recommended to use Elite Law for our house sale and purchase. In the past we have struggled with solicitors, as there is no sense of urgency from many companies. Elite Law were a breath of fresh air. From the very start they were efficient and always on hand to answer queries. We even received some email correspondence on weekends and in evenings which is unheard of for solicitors. I don't think we ever waited more than 24 hours for a response and most responses came within a few hours of us sending our queries. Everyone who we received correspondence from Elite Law was polite, efficient and professional - however particular thanks goes to Lauren Ward ( Conveyancing Executive) and Isabel Rhodes (Trainee Paralegal) who were exceptional in the service they gave us. All replies were prompt, professional and every step was explained clearly and we understood everything we received. They were efficient and thorough, and our whole house move and sale was completed within one month. We couldn't believe it - yes we were purchasing a new build so no onward change however to complete within a month is unheard of and we couldn't have been more impressed. I had a frustrating and concerning experience with this firm and strongly advise prospective clients to avoid them at all costs.
I am waiting for 2 full weeks for an initial call from the solicitors, who now saying that I have to accept the engagement, prior to speaking with the solicitors.
This is, in my opinion, a very poor and potentially exploitative practice. It seems designed to rope in clients who may sign the contract without having had a basic conversation to gauge the firm's competence or suitability.
Focus on Sales, Not Service
The firm appears to prioritise sales over quality legal service. They have a "Business Development Manager" who is, in essence, a salesperson focused on securing clients. However, the quality of the actual solicitors and their ability to provide timely, professional service is severely lacking.

Had an amazing experience with Emma Leighton-Carey when purchasing our next home. Went through in an exceptionally fast timeline, very clear communication and very fast to act. Was able to get hold of her whenever I needed to via telephone and the fees were clear and transparent from the start. Will certainly use again and could not recommend highly enough. I work with conveyancers on a daily basis with my job and Emma is the best by far. Exceptional!

Elite Law initially provided a low fee estimate to win my business, then systematically added extra charges throughout the process, resulting in final fees far exceeding the original quote. Communication was appalling emails were often ignored or met with out-of-office replies, and both myself and the other parties involved had to constantly chase them just to receive a response. Most concerningly, they failed to inform me of critical transactional details, directly causing a substantial financial loss. The experience has been marked by poor transparency, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client care. This firm has caused me serious stress and regret. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

Avoid this Alleged Law Firm..A very serious and a very damaging also a damning case of a show by this so called law firm..Millions of Pounds worth of a Will they tried to defend totally mishandled, ethically wrong yet they didnt mind occurring a huge amount of court cost which they ended up in the losing side. They couldn't even defend their own mistake but yet tried to defend themselves to avoid any court fees they occurred. Its sad to even think some people yet may put their trust in this firm..

From start to finish Michael and Braeden were fantastic, very helpful and answered all my questions with no hesitation. The one thing that stood out for me was they answered all my phone calls and was always happy to help no matter what the question was, for me this was amazing communication and went a long way in supporting me, rather than emails back and forth. Again great communication with keeping me updated on the progress. Supported me with the paperwork to which I was offered to the office so they could explain face to face. Nothing was too much trouble.

One of the worst firm for Conveyancing that I have encountered! Even though they are not like gimmick app-based outfits but they ranked bottom of the pile! Absolutely clueless and embarrassingly slow "lawyer" that never instinctively follow-up with other side to the point of missing very crucial deadlines
Clueless in:
- completing Legal Charge (bread & butter of a conveyancer!) that protects client not other-side!!!
- ensuring an error-free Title Deed
I will advice you to run away from this firm!

Very slow, inefficient and inaccurate communication. Our solicitor had sent us someone else's mortgage offer disclosing their full address and mortgage details ( breach of confidentiality). There were too many people involved in our purchase which delayed the whole process. We were very disappointed with the solicitor at Elite Law who was allocated to us by Strive Law.
