I have no idea how they can have such amazing reviews here.
We hired them for a citizenship reconsideration.
We spoke on the phone with Paul Turner, under the impression we could speak with him during the whole process until submission of the application.
Nowhere, and I repeat nowhere on the documents we have signed was written that for every question we had, we had to pay again if we wanted to speak with him. (250£ for a conference, on top of what we paid him already).
You can only speak with paralegals, but obviously they cannot help on legal queries.
Apart from that, they take ages to do every single thing, no communication with the clients, no clear timescale, no clear advices. Nothing!
It has been +2 weeks we are awaiting Paul to work on our case, nothing.
No updates from him.
I have never, never see this kind of poor service.
I don’t recommend them at all.

The services which I received by Paul Turner is unprincipled and negligent by not putting the appeal in court on time. Paul is agreed that part of the delay to put the appeal not on time was happened from him. I have evidences to prove that. Public must aware their rights so that they can complaint in the Bar council or Legal Ombudsman about any barrister bad services. It will depend which organisation will look your complaint. Public can also take their( barristers) bad services to the court and can make a claim of their damages. His assistants have no control over his clients application in case of Paul unavailability. or they are not expert to put his client appeal on time and wait till Paul comes. Vulnerable people please beware of them.

I have amazing experience with Mr Nath, he is very proactive, professional, ready to help and one of the amazing and kind person to work with. He helped in immigration hearing within 30 minutes of notice at the court and deliver the best result despite he was not aware or know anything beforehand with my hearing. The initial barrister that was meant to represent me didn't turn up and claim he was not aware he was meant to represent me. I wont blame maybe it lack of communication or miscommunication between the solicitor and chamber

Stay well clear of Mr Turner and his firm ie Imperium Chambers. Nothing but a money hungry and morally bankrupt firm. A reprobate lot!
Don't be gullible and fooled by the initial meeting. As other reviews have stated, Mr Turner will fail to reply and even so much as acknowledge your mails after initial payment received.
And his front of desk staff are the most impolite, discourteous and rude that I've met.
They will cause you nothing but undue needless angst in an already angst ridden situation as they have me.
I regret deeply choosing to see him when I did!
Stay and steer well clear of them if you cherish your sanctity of mind and spirit.
