They will scam you

They have 1 picture for universal titanium nails but sell 2 different types. So even on my invoice the one I wanted was pictured but they sent me a completely different one from their website and my invoice. They refused to refund me and let me return it. They are scamming people purposely. Avoid this scam shop.

COMMUNICATION, cost one star

Would have been 5 stars if I was informed that my 2 items would be shipped separately. First item arrived and said my order was fulfilled. Had to send emails to find out second item was shipped from a different warehouse. I initially thought a mistake was made and I got ripped off. COMMUNICATION

Only shipped part of my order

Only shipped part of my order. When I asked about the status I got a passive-aggressive response about it taking 5-10 days to ship since I picked the ‘cheap’ shipping. The item literally says ships next day on the product page, with 5-10days USPS shipping. Now it’s been almost a month and they still haven’t refunded me or shipped my item. I was told they wait 21 business days before they think about a refund! I already got the item from another vendor in 3 days. Shop somewhere else, they don’t care about customers.

I received a defective product and had to go through many many days and many emails to get any kind of satisfaction. I sent multiple pictures and videos with y'all didn't bother to look at and kept asking for. Everything about it was a negative experience.

Received broken pieces no help, or replacement offers

Received broken pieces and customer service told me to put on a claim through a third party website and it was denied because they didn’t send over the link for almost a month. No additional help since then as apparently customer services looses emails.
