I have ordered from this company twice now and both are ones my orders were messed up. This most recent time I ordered a bowl piece and what they sent me was completely different from what I ordered. It was a much cheaper version. When I asked them about it this is what they said:

Im sorry about the confusion for the bowls, please note the bowl replacement is sold randomly chosen colors, designs and patterns.

Then they said if I wanted to return it I would have to pay to ship it back to them and then they would take a 20% restocking fee. I told them if they weren’t willing to help me out it would be the last time I ordered from them. I didn’t even get a response to that.

So needless to say I’m done with them. I returned the items and went to my local shop and they were great.

Received the wrong bong twice. Waiting to hear back from customer service on the second one. Other than the wrong item being received than what I purchased the shipping was quick. I just have not had very good luck with bongs lately and can’t seem to get what I order.

The item I received was not as pictured, customer service said “random colors are chosen” ok, fantastic. Then after further inspection the base was completely cracked and customer service never got back to me. Peep their reply a year later, I got in contact trying to work something and all I got was the same attitude as I experienced before! Too many head shops, I’ll go elsewhere

Customer service is non-existent ...i sent many e-mails and only got automated reponses ...so i got stuck with a product i did not want

Couldn't ask for any thing more from them! Great product I got exactly what I ordered, and it arrived sooner than I even actually expected! Will definitely be doing future business with them and would recommend my friends to as well!

Waited 2 weeks with no updates, attempted to reach out to support. Got no response, just this rating email. Today I got a text saying my order was refunded. No reasoning, no information, nothing. Bad customer service.

I let the company know that the bomb pipe was leaking ! The email me a label I told them I am sick I can't print no label . And it's basically plastic anyway they should just ship out one they have the photo I sent ! So I'm just gone find another company to deal with that products are better ! I order two gas mask and one was leaking . Stand by your products! This company is a joke

Product delivered on time as advertised. No problems.

I ordered a new glass water pipe and a spare bowl for my wife's birthday. It arrived on 11/22. The spare bowl was broken, and the pipe was cracked near the mouth piece. The only item not broken was the bowl that comes with the pipe. I reached out to Toker Supply. They responded promptly, telling me that they're staff will replace my order since everything was broken. I was notified on 11/23 that my replacement package has shipped. My package arrived on 12/1, but only contained the spare bowl. I reached out again to see when to expect the cracked pipe replacement. Toker Supply sent me a return label to ship the pipe back. So, I did. My package arrived on 12/27 containing the same cracked pipe I sent back. Only, this time it was packed much better. So, after all that, I still end up with a cracked pipe. It seemed like they were going to take care me at first. But, turns out... not so much. A waste of my time and money.
