I had an order number 1330 on Jan 17th…

I had an order number 1330 on Jan 17th 2023. They said it shipped without a tracking number. And any attempt made by me to refund my money or send me what I paid for, has been met with no response.

Wrong size

Waited 2 weeks to get my rig and it’s not even the 18mm female end that I need! I need one bad enough that I am using an attachment to reduce my e nail to 14mm female, which is the side rig they sent me. Now I can’t get my e nail out of reducer, which is going to cause me to buy a reduce every time it’s dirty.

my experience was well

my experience was well. the shop is easy to navigate and i found exactly what i wanted when i bought my wigwag bowl. the shipping did take a bit longer than expected but in the end it was worth it

Tracking issues, inaccurate product photo and description

It had passed 48 hours since my bong had “shipped” so I reached out to customer service for tracking information and to confirm that my bong had shipped and received a very generic, robot-like response stating that I would receive tracking information in 24-48 hours. It did not answer my question or acknowledge it had been beyond 48 hours. Additionally, the bong I received appears NOTHING at all like the product photo. I am very confused. I have showed multiple friends are they agree it is nothing like the photos, insisting it’s a completely different bong entirely. The glass appears thick so I am satisfied in that regard, but I would not have ordered this piece knowing it’s true appearance.

At no fault of the company I received a defective item, why the 1 star because I have yet to be contacted about my new replacement or refund just that eventually I will receive a email with tracking number. We'll over 2 weeks now and still nothing!

Wanted the blue one...

I had my heart set on getting a blue one, but instead got a gold one. You need to inform your customers when a product is sold out instead of sending a alternate color. This would have saved you from getting a bad review.

Hey! Sorry you didn't get the color you wanted we always try our best to accommodate. In this case this product does state on the page that it comes in varying colors as they are all hand made pieces and the colors will change from time to time.

I never received my order. And customer service was just rude about it! Better start treating customers better or u wont have a business and tried to contact as suggested after review now ofcourse they can't find my order.
