Fantastic vale. Got several Zippo gift sets! Under a tenner a piece, with a lighter! That unbelievable value and a right bargain! Handy to have a few in for gifts for folk. Its handy for anyone to have a lighter on them. Especially if their a outdoorsy person!

Not a good experience
I ordered a plastic 5x3 shed. The shed itself is brilliant. My main complaint is the lack of information about delivery, there was no update on the shop app to say when it would be arriving, and even now is showing as awaiting details. The delivery did turn up and unfortunately I was out. My wife was in but the driver wasn't helpful at all. He left 2 heavy boxes outside the front door and drove off leaving her to struggle to get them inside.
So, overall not a good experience at all unfortunately

Bought a travel size fragrance
Bought a travel size fragrance, like the store but first time ordering online.
Evri were the couriers used by the store and they had damaged the parcel so provided a note that it was undeliverable and so the store sent out a new one which was good however everytime I asked for a refund of the delivery cost I was ignored and not heard anything further from my emails about it. Considering the delivery cost was 25% of the total cost of my order.

The chicken is good and sturdy and fairly simple to build. I have now bought three of them from TJ Hughes, but, unfortunately, the first one I had bought has succumbed to rust and breakage and even though I had asked for replacement parts, a they offered was a pitiful £35 in compensation for me to fix it myself.

order W215079, what a total joke this company has been, i ordered a chest of draw on the 16th June with a delivery of 10 Days, contacted them after 8 days for a update. Was told sadly they only deliver to me every 2 weeks. and was told it would be now W/C 6th July, 21 days plus, Shocking service. I have emailed there CEO to put my point across how the treat customers. Doubt i will here anything back as it seems they just want to take you're money and deliver when it suits them, even if the site states a date. AVOID if you have a time frame you are working to like i did. If i could i would have gave ZERO.

The shed arrived with no instructions…
The shed arrived with no instructions (had to search for them on the internet). Also, the door was dented. I contacted TJ Hughes', who dealt with this promptly (hence 3 stars). The shed is decent, can't complain for the price.

Poor service
Accepted and confirmed my order, and only when I contacted them after 4 days to ask when it would be dispatched they told me it was out of stock. Back to the drawing board for me, researching and waiting all over again. Poor service.

Bought a 9 x 6 ft shed. only to find in the very smallest print that those dimensions where in fact the roof. the actual shed body is 8 x 5 ft which should be clearly stated.
