Poor customer service- damaged item
The item arrived damaged and it took nearly 2 weeks of emailing to get a satisfactory outcome which I asked for on day one, a refund. multiple offers of reductions in the cost by means of piecemeal refunds were offered. It was a shed and the doors were scratched as the packaging was shocking. When you pick the box up you can hear metal moving around inside the box so its bound to arrive damaged.

I ordered a suitcase on 30th June with 48 hour delivery and have still not received the suitcase 2 weeks later. When asked about my suitcase the advisor explained it is evri delivery holding the suitcase up and did not want to help me resolve the issue. Very poor customer service

Delivery was hit and miss. I contacted the company to find out whether I would receive a definite time slot and date for delivery. The customer service team took a little while to reply, but said that they can only see the same details as myself. They advised contacting the courier if there was a problem. This annoyed me a little because I had purchased a relatively expensive item and I expected a little more help than I received.
