Only issue was they forgot to send the bag and leash with the surf board but was sent the next day when I informed them!

Got lots of help and guidance, when purchasing a surf board and wet suit for the first time. Two hours of advice without all the surfers BS. Discount in the sale and bundles as well. Definitely recommend.

Great advice and service as always from the guys at the Braunton store - lets hope there is some swell when i come down Friday to try the new board - that is about the only thing they cannot control !

Exceptional service really took the time to have a good talk and help me out buying what I needed with out spending the whole budget I had for my firsy longboard set up.
Then on another visit helped me size up and get fitted for rhe right size wetsuit.
Again concentrating on getting the right one rather than maximising profit.
The guys are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about the sport and both had been at tiki forever one of them being one of the great to see he is still just as passionate about surfing.

Picked up a new longboard from Braunton Tiki shop, ordered online, very simple and picked up when the item was ready.
The team had excellent customer service and helped me with any questions and provided great advice. I would definitely recommend.
