Really thin cheap Guilden blank tshirt probably 150gsm cost about £1.93 from wholesalers nice logo but scrimping on quality. 😠 white is almost see through

Order was dispatched and delivered quickly. No issues with order except that the price tag on one time was less than I had paid online, but after querying it with Tiki customer services, Kelly responded as soon as possible and resolved the issue, explaining that it was a pricing error, but they still honoured the price and refunded the difference. Excellent customer service! A+

Delivery was very quick!! I wore my lovely towelling poncho today. It was so easy, to get undressed under then I was cosy and warm. Itis much better then I had imagined it would be, the colour was so nice. I chose navy but it’s like a petrol blue, which was even better.

Just received a new board from Tiki surf. I was not sure what would be the best option for me so I messaged via facebook and received a response rapidly with a contact number to call to discuss my options , I spoke to Matt who was awesome and explained what options I had and what would be the best for my hight weight and surfing ability. Would definitely recommend as the customer service was second to none and lighting speed delivery 🤙😎

Had a brilliant experience from both the Braughnton shop collaborating with the St Ives shop so my partner could test a board out for the day at the start of April, John from St Ives shop was brilliant, really patient with us and told us not to worry about time constraints as the beach we wanted to go was a 20 minute drive away. She had a great time trailing it and decided to go for it, John sorted out getting it delivered to our address about 300 miles away, no sweat, no bother! Thank you so much to John, the team at St Ives and the braughnton shop for helping this happen, they’ve got a very happy customer who is looking forward to going down to Croyd to try it out soon!

The order arrived quickly and very well packaged. We haven't used the insulated cups yet but they look great.

I ordered a Columbia jacket online during the Black Friday sales. The process was very quick and I received my jacket in a couple of days. Unfortunately, after only a week or so of wear, the jacket had started showing some issues and unusual wear - of course not a fault of the shop and an issue in manufacturing from Columbia.

I contacted Tiki Surf support (Kelly) who shared in my disappointment and informed me that they would get in touch with Columbia on my behalf to try and arrange a reimbursement or replacement. This was around the Christmas period and they set expectations early and said that a resolution would probably not be reached with Columbia until the new year, however they said I could keep the jacket in the meantime. Most companies would have you send back the item straight away, and the fact they let me keep it whilst the issue was sorted was most appreciated.

Eventually, Columbia agreed to replace the jacket, and the replacement seems to be of a better standard. I received first-class communication from Kelly throughout this process, always aware of what was going on.

Just wanted to say thank you to the Tiki Surf team, specifically Kelly, and to say that I really appreciated the customer service on this occasion, and that I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

I've bought three boards to date from Tiki. Can't fault them. The last board i bought was a Christmas present for my son. There was an address issue with the courier and Tiki couldnt have been more helpful in tracking it down and getting delivered before Christmas.

We went in to buy a fleece that we’d previous seen in a different shop in St. Ives and an online search said the Tiki surf shop in Exeter had one in stock.

The guy in store was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bearing in mind that we are in our 60s and he was probably around 25-30, he treated us like a good friend. We also got a little discount of the fleece - result.

This guy is really cool, looks he’s from somewhere more exotic than Exeter, and would definitely be the one at the top of your list for any party.
