I joined LHO a few years ago to Bhutan with my sister. The group was really pleasant, the experienced varied so that no matter what your interests are there is something you are sure to enjoy. The LHO team was extremely accommodating and Ramy who was the LHO lead for that trip was an absolute joy to be around, he really helped us elevate the trip in many ways: Pushing us physically but respecting our limits, engaging in interesting thoughts during quite times, and making sure we were up and on trail!

I highly recommend their trips, and if you can go, you should go!

I signed up for this trip with some hesitation. I wasn’t sure if I was fit enough or even if I would enjoy it. But from the moment we landed and met Rami, all those worries faded away. He made everyone feel welcome from day one, creating a friendly, family-like atmosphere where everyone felt included and looked after. No one was ever left behind.

Even before the expedition began, Rami was incredibly supportive. He was always available to answer questions, advise us on what gear to buy, and help us prepare properly, which made the whole experience feel much less intimidating.

The expedition in Norway was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It’s the kind of adventure that’s very hard to recreate on your own, and every day brought something special.

I wholeheartedly recommend putting your trust in LHO. From the preparation phase to the final day of the trip, everything was handled with care and professionalism. I came away with incredible memories, new friendships, and a deep appreciation for this beautiful country. You won’t regret it.

I've done two trips with LHO so far: Tour du Mont Blanc in July 2025 and Kilimanjaro January 2026. Both were life changing experiences that wouldn't have been possible without their attention to detail, safety, and customer satisfaction. It genuinely felt like I didn't have to worry about anything except bringing my energy and ambition (and a fleece apparently), and they took care of the rest. These days I find myself scrolling their Trips page regularly fantasising about the next adventure. Hopefully when I can find the time! Looking forward to many more trips in the near future

What genuinely sets Life Happens Outdoors apart is the quality of their customer service and their amazing team leaders. After completing three trips with them—Bhutan, Kilimanjaro, and Tour du Mont Blanc—I am thoroughly impressed by how well everything is run. The leaders are highly supportive, knowledgeable, and ensure that daily logistics flow smoothly on the ground. They handle the core planning so effectively that you can simply focus on the journey, knowing the team is fully committed to delivering a high-quality experience from start to finish. You can truly tell how much care and professional effort goes into making sure every part of the expedition is successful and that every traveler feels completely taken care of throughout the entire itinerary.

It's almost impossible to use a single sentence to describe how great the experience is. But if you know I've joined the LHO trips for 7 times so far, you'll know it must be something GREAT!!!

The design of itineraries, the choices of stay/ mountain huts are carefully thought through, in balance of practicality and comfort. The safety is always of the top priority no matter if it's a leisure trekking tour or a high altitude summit challenge. This is important to me when i choose my tour operator, which LHO has given me solid confidence.

The way i also like LHO trips is i don't feel like it's just a trip that i bought. Every single time i have that feeling of meeting someone close and friendly and ended up being good friends with the guides and your other team-mates thanks to their small group sizes. This feeling has me joining them again and again.

And the other thing that stands out is their backoffice team. Super efficient. Any questions you have are answered promptly and honestly. And seriously i just need to bring myself there and they take care of the logistics before and after. The most hassle-free experience.
I feel like every time i came back i was looking for the next trip (maybe that's the most difficult part!)

Life Happens Outdoors is one of the best outdoor expedition groups that can truly make your dreams come true. The Mont Blanc Circuit was an extraordinary hiking experience from start to finish.
Rami is a professional, personable, and passionate guide who genuinely cares about every hiker in the group. We were exceptionally well taken care of throughout the entire trip—from airport pickup to daily lunches and dinners, and even coffee breaks at the top of the mountains.
What stood out the most was the personal attention and support provided when challenges arose. On the second day, I experienced knee pain and had difficulty keeping up with the group. Rami stayed by my side every step of the way, encouraging and supporting me until we reached our destination safely.
I cannot say enough about the Mont Blanc tour. It was one of the best trips I have ever taken in my life. Thank you for creating such an unforgettable experience—from the very first contact and reservation process to making this incredible adventure a reality.

I travelled with Life Happens Outdoors to Nepal back in 2017 for an 8-day trek up to Annapurna Base Camp, and the trip still stands out today as a lifetime highlight.

What truly made it memorable was the people I met. We bonded, shared laughs, and even celebrated Halloween on our way to the Base Camp. Life Happens Outdoors attracts some really cool, interesting folks who share a deep love for nature and a thirst for adventure.

The trail up to the Base Camp is amazing, featuring a diverse range of landscapes from lush rainforests to snow-capped peaks. LHO took care of all the logistics seamlessly, making sure we were able to enjoy an authentic Himalayan trekking experience.

I highly recommend LHO if you are looking for your next adventure, need a life reset, or just want to disconnect in nature. You are guaranteed a good time with an amazing team and great company!
