Great service, communication and aftersales
Online order was processed quickly and efficiently. Collection from the Plymouth store was easy and I was also able to swap sizes on an item with no fuss at all

Would definitely order again
I ordered during their Black Friday sale and was expecting delivery to be delayed, but I received my order very quickly. The products I ordered were well wrapped to prevent damage. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely order again.

Visited the shop at Plymouth and bought…
Visited the shop at Plymouth and bought item on line as a surprise gift for my daughter. Would have preferred Royal Mail as delivery service as waited in for 2 days for FedEx to deliver as stated on there delivery site and item never came. Arrived on 3rd day of delivery.

Tiki Wetsuits are always a fantastic purchase, the sizing is correct. I have had many over the years. A large is definitely a 42/44 inch chest, which other companies seem to get wrong. For the cost, there is no better wetsuit for quality and price. Thankyou

Really helpful owner. I had a lot of questions and they guided me to the best purchase for what I needed, they could have guided me to the most expensive but they didn't. It was quick to order, high quality products and quick dispatch.
