Poor customer service
Easy-to-use website, but terrible customer service. My return ticket from LHR to GOI was cancelled without my knowledge. The airline confirmed it was done by the agent. I chased for four days with no response. Eventually, I contacted the Punjab office and spoke to Manju, who was extremely helpful and professional. She confirmed my ticket the next day, and I am very grateful to her.
No explanation was given for why my ticket was cancelled
No apology was offered
My email was never answered Very disappointing.

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your booking. Having checked your booking history, it appears that the flight segments were cancelled by the airline (the status was changed to "HX") and that it took some time for the team to be able to get this confirmed by Air India.
Again, please accept our apologies that this took longer than we would have hoped. Unfortunately, as an agent, we are entirely reliant on the respective airlines in situations such as this. We are of course pleased to hear that it was ultimately resolved.

The ticket from lhr to bom with hand…
The ticket from lhr to bom with hand luggage was 421 and with2pc was 442. When I paid for 2 pc they send me email confirmation with only hand luggage but charged with 2 pcs ticket. When called they said to pay more or pay for cancellation has they can't do anything and have to pay. It was a online ticket so there can't be confusion . And need to honor what you show online. I even complained by email which I have not even received acknowledgement
