Earlier today, I had an unexpected situation while booking travel, and I want to take a moment to recognize someone who truly went above and beyond. Sarah from the Punjab office assist me in when I mistakenly reserved the wrong date and found myself completely panicked.
What stood out was not just her quick action, but her calm and reassuring approach. She immediately understood the issue, guided me through the solution without judgment, and helped me feel at ease. Her professionalism, empathy, and clear confidence in handling the matter made all the difference.
I highly recommend her service and believe she exemplifies excellence in customer support. If there’s an internal recognition program, I’d strongly suggest Sarah be considered.

Brilliant service!
I ended up booking my with an incorrect surname. Before my eticket got confirmed I realised this within a few mins of placing my order (At 1.30am). I messaged tickets to India via WhatsApp link- quick response from Naveta. She kindly send me an updated order details for me to confirm, and once confirming this, I got my correct confirmation within 20minutes.
Amazing price, and even better after sales service- thank you Naveta and team :)

Great Service - Friendly Staff
Daljit from tickets to India was a great help when air India decided to cancel the flight and provided us passengers with no information. Daljit kindly kept in contact with me whilst I was in India and helped rebook and resolve the situation. He was very caring and attentive and super super helpful. We have had seamless service from this travel agent and will be flying again (not with air India but rather we will look at the other options this great travel agency has to offer)
