Best Mobile Phone Customer Service Ever!
I went in to speak to the folk at 3 with quite a substantial issue, that had been ongoing for two weeks. We were greeted by Ebony who immediately put me at ease. She then asked her manager Mark to join us because of the complexity of the issue. Between the two of them, the problem was swiftly resolved and we left extremely happy! I can hand on heart say that this was the best customer service we've ever received in any mobile phone shop. Thank you Ebony and Mark!

Exemplary and beyond expectations
Efficient, excellent customer service, really listened and understood what I needed with Iain and Clare. Exemplary post purchase transfer with Mujhadid. Well beyond all my expectations since my transfer to Three. 10/10. Faultless.

Great service had problems with my home…
Great service had problems with my home broadband connection took tin my old one and have replaced it and even lower what I as paying, which is great plus helped with my phone account. I’m very pleased with the results. Guys were so helpful and polite.
