First of All I want to thank “Ebony” for been forthcoming and engaging me positively when I visited the store - she has the skillsets to manage multiple fellows and have her own flagship store - deserves not just a raise, But made a countrywide customer service ambassador
Secondly to an energetic and knowledgeable lady “Jasmine” who’s not just proactive, pays attention to detail but has a cheerful disposition is very much appreciated for not just attending to me today but providing quality advise and assistance to me whilst I made my purchase- she deserves to be a manager
To the man who made it happen , “Sam” on my first day of visit I came for an entirely different request but Sam not just advised me as a customer he pushed notch advise on three services and other value offering which motivated me to complete my purchase - he ought to have his own flagship store he deserves to be the face of “three” for top notch services
And to the other floor member Clare and Iain they’ve been fabulous and are the REAL MVPs
