Friendly and supportive
Paul has been an unbelievable support over the years I have been using the Three shop in Festival Place, Basingstoke.
I find Paul to be polite and approachable, he takes time to ascertain my needs before making unbiased and appropriate recommendations.
Paul has helped me and my family with new plans, insurance claims, new phones and returns and we've never been disappointed with his diligence, person centred approach and knowledge.

Paul was super helpful at explaining all my options for sim only contracts. And found most suitable with perks I wasn't expecting such as paramount plus.
