World of cars were the only company to see past my current situation and helped me obtain a car.
Not only were the team extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they took the time to make sure the whole process was swift and stress free for someone like myself.

dealt with Amber to start with found a car and everything went well but while waiting for finance company the car got sold just as all my finance got approved and i was set to pick up but no worries Chris gave me a call and helped me find a replacement and also squeezed it into my budget top company and very helpful cheers guys and the car is awesome

MW14 KSV citroen DS3, this car has unrepairable structural damage, making it impossible to replace the clutch! Do not buy this car. Do not buy a car from here. I repeat, do not buy a car from here. Please read! We are family with 2 young children. We brought a citroen ds3, Amber told us it had a new clutch fitted at their garage. Driving home the clutch was crunching, and it was hard to pull away as there was almost no bite point. After taking it to my local garage and being told it needed a clutch, i asked the dealer for a refund. I was told no because they had an invoice for the parts which proved they had put a new clutch in car. Amber couldn't tell me when the work was done, and when i asked about the date on the invoice, it was dated the day i asked for a refund, the day after we picked up the car. Citizens advice told us to get evidence it needed a new clutch, so we had a clutch inspection done at halfords autocentre. They wrote up a report and took photographs, they also found that it needed a clutch, and that it had a worn and squeeky release bearing. We returned the car to the dealer and told them if they didn't refund us, we would report to trading standards. Luckily a nice mechanic there confirmed there was a structural problem, which meant they couldn't access part of the clutch to repair it. His words were 'its unrepairable'. He offered us a refund straight away. Amber was nice enough to our face, but over the phone she was so rude, raising her voice at me, and interrupting me. I still have not seen this invoice. The text messages from amber confirming it had a new clutch, my garage reports, and photographs have all been to send trading standards. They are liars, just because they have an invoice for car parts, doesn't mean they have been fitted to car. Avoid at all costs!! I wish i could upload photographs on here!

If I could give this review a ZERO I would have!! I went through go car credit who only send you here to get a car, the sales team I can’t fault the sell you the car and give you the keys, after that the service from them and go car credit are ridiculous, my car had a “new” Mot the day of collection.. driving the car home the under try starts to come off and hangs on by one screw, ( had to stop at the service station) where a kind man cable tied this back on so I could finish my journey home,
Took it to the local garage to fixed,

Within the next 4 weeks the drive shaft snaps, this is then fixed under warranty, 2 weeks later rear brake pads need doing.. yet they weren’t listed as an advisory on the MOT, front ones also needed doing again wasn’t listed on the MOT as an advisory, fast forward few weeks I have to had the turbo pipe replaced.

I brought this car so that I could feel safe and have a reliable car to drive my 3 children around,1 being disabled and having alot of hospital appointments, I feel the garage that “MOT these cars are not reliable and have giving false and inaccurate mots and not fixing things correctly, go car credit finally collect the heap of junk 6 months after it breaking down on me in Norwich on the motorway with my children in the car 200 miles away from home, it needs around £3000 repair work doing on it having already paid £500 for repair work and even then it might not actually be fixed. I refuse to pay for a shed of a car from a garage that clearly sells dangerous cars, hi. At credit aren’t interested and have said I still need to pay the rest of the finance plus any repair costs!! I will be reporting this garage to VOSA.

After weeks of being messed around by another dealership Mark was an absolute God send. Had my beautiful car ready for me within days of first speaking on the phone, went above and beyond his responsibilities to help me and I will be forever grateful to him and the rest of the team there in Rugby! I found The World of Cars through Autotrader.

Emailed regarding availability, and received a very prompt reply. Placed a deposit on the car and went for a viewing a couple of days later.

On the day Amber and her colleague were very friendly, with great customer service.
Test drove the car, and was really happy with it. There were one or two bits that needed doing to have it tip top but all dealt with within a few days and then delivered to my door!!

I signed the paperwork for the car and drove off to work!

Amber again was very sweet and cheerful.

I would highly recommend the place!

Very happy with the car! Recently had a BAD experience with a different company (see my other reviews) & they could learn something from TWoC (👈🏻ha sorry just realised 😃).
Good quick comms and this car is lush! Clean inside and out. Chris called almost as soon as delivery arrived. Told me to contact him if there's any issues and would arrange that where I live (near Newcastle) rather than Rugby area.
I mean...why WOULDN'T you offer a good service?! Thanks Chris and every one there!

Looking for a quality used car within a budget we popped into World of Cars as our first outing as they always seem to have a good range of cars. Amber cheerfully greeted us and helped us to filter our selections and left us browse, whilst unobtrusively checking now and again if we wanted any help. We found one very likely candidate as a our benchmark and looked to compare around the market over the next few days, no pushy sales pitch just very attentive service.

There were several options within a 100 miles radius all with pros and cons. We popped back to Amber several days later and had a test drive and were even more pleased with our potential purchase against our search options.

After a small negotiation we were more than happy to purchase the car within the week. Beautifully prepared and in excellent condition.
