I can definitely recommend THE WORLD OF CARS as i collected mine today they were very helpful and friendly and the car was exactly as the pics and info about the car was correct i would definitely go back again amber thanks again

Amber looked after me, from the initial phone call to completion of sale. She's very nice and jovial, and she makes a nice brew 😁. Although I didn't quite get what I wanted for my old car, I got a bargain in return.

Do not use this cowboy garage 2 cars both gone wrong within 2 weeks swapped first car fine 2nd car would not even reply to my messages had to get finance company involved will not be getting another car from them GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for your own peace of mind

Absolutely wonderful customer service at the Rugby branch, all staff were polite and Matt who sold me my car was brilliant, I was in an out in less than an hour and the car is amazing cannot fault it or them

Well, the Audi TT i bought in April 2019 has now just reached £4,000 in repairs as of November 2019 - (in 7 months) - on a car worth £6,000 - Well done WOC.

There's something seriously amiss when you're having to spend more than your finance payment each month keeping the thing running.

No point speaking to WOC, it was so stressful being ignored and taken for a fool last time i tried to resolve anything with them that i'm simply having to keep paying through the nose.

Not that they care, obviously...

I contacted this dealership on Friday afternoon at 1:30 and they had sent over cars via email links right away, I picked my car and told them I would be travelling down from Scotland the next day. We got there and the guy we seen (didn’t catch his name) he was friendly and offered us refreshments while amber was dealing with another customer, she was very welcoming and efficient we were there less than an hour and drove away in our very clean car with half a tank of fuel too. Highly recommend this dealership and would travel here again in a heartbeat 10/10

My experience with World Cars and Amber has been faultless.

She met me at the Train Station and drove me to the office.

The whole procedure took about 40 mins,and I drove away very happily indeed.

Good service. Not pushy & no bull. I was shown the car allowed to form my own opinion &make a choice . When I checked the vehicle there was no parcel shelf when I picked it up one had been fitted. Like I said ,no bull.Can't really judge the car yet as only had it a couple of days.Time will tell.

I was in the Premier League of cynics with regards second hand car dealers (and I do mean that!) but The World of Cars were truly outstanding at every single point from my viewing their cars, choosing one, buying it, and collecting it. No silly / poor / aggressive sales tactics and in summary, THE very best customer experience I have received over the past few years regardless of the industry or business, High touch, human, and great. Fancy me writing a great review for anyone let alone a car dealer!!!

Just brought my first car, we travelled nearly 2 hours to get the car but it was definitely worth it !
Amber was super helpful in showing us the ropes, and explaining everything we needed to know about the SEAT I had just brought. We received 6 months warranty and nearly a year of MOT. My father and I were very impressed with the service, and I love my new car, nothing to fault it so far.
Amber also emailed me to check everything is ok, and answered some questions regarding her advice on insurance, something she didnt need to do but helped me with anyway. Would throughly recommend after seeking for my dream car for months, a trusty garage we found here!

Martin was excellent !
The whole process from start to finish was hassle free. Martin was so professional and patient. He made me feel at ease during car collection despite arriving after closing time . As a client I felt valued throughout .
