The Timber Group Recensioni

The delivery was excellent and I was really impressed by their customer friendly approach.

Ordered 13 large softwood sleepers . I specified on the order that they were all the same colour and with minimal splitting .
About 5 had quite large splits along their lengths . The agency driver was apparently also “not used to delivering wood” asked my 60 yr old wife for help unloading ..in the end he managed to drop them off himself .
Overall would use again as great price and staff who I spoke to in the office were helpful and delivery on time as scheduled. I appreciate that softwood sleepers do split / crack but wasn’t expecting that much . They will be hidden so no major dramas .

From enquiry to order first class service
And delivery fully recommended

sensible prices and very helpful delivery driver

It went Smoothly

The Delivery driver on that morning was a literal saint, as I had gone to work and only my wife and new baby in the house. He unloaded a very heavy amount of wood all by himself to help me cos my wife was looking after our baby. I didn't catch his name but the guys was fantastic.

Great value, fantastic quality wood, fast delivery, helpful drivers, everything was spot on.

You did what it on the tin.
Click & collect arrived and away in five minutes with a smile.

Purchased softwood sleeper.
Delivery driver helpful and friendly.

Received earlier than expected and the quality is great

Placed order online for pickup, response was really quick to say it was ready. Pickup was easy, could drive to the timber and two guys helped me carefully load up. Cant ask more than that. Oh the prices were almost 1/2 of the builders merchants.

Good friendly helpful service with well priced items.

Excellent start to finish, great lads in yard

Easy to use website, Plenty of choice. Had everything i needed for my project. Emailed me when it will be delivered. Timber was good quality, driver helped to unload. all round good service. Many thanks

Timber and sheets materials delivered in first class condition. Nothing warped or damaged. Delivery person very helpful. A small possible improvement would be a call from the driver to say he's on his way.

Quick and easy

On 2 occasions when I have called to place an order I was dealt with in a very professional, efficient and polite manner.
On one of the occasions they sourced what I needed from another depot

Very quick response to my on line order. Spoke to rep about delivery and was kept upto date with expected times, Delivery driver was very helpful with the delivery which was to an allotment. The pegs were excellent quality.

Great easy purchase
