Nothing worked, until this
I can’t recommend The Six Pack Revolution enough. I joined the February Signature Wave hoping to improve my fitness and lose some weight, but the results completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve lost three stone, feel healthier, stronger and more confident than I have in years.
What really makes the programme different is the support, structure and community. The coaches genuinely care, the workouts are achievable for all fitness levels, and the nutrition guidance is realistic and sustainable. It never felt like a quick fix — it felt like building better habits that actually last.
The atmosphere within the Wave was so motivating and positive that I’ve already signed up for another one. If you’re thinking about joining but feel nervous or unsure, just do it — it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself.

I'd highly recommend Six Pack Revolution to anyone thinking about starting their journey. I’m so glad I took the leap and joined the programme.
It was daunting at first, as there was a lot of information to get my head around. I also didn’t think I’d be able to give up half of the things we did on the plan. And while you do have to be quite disciplined and plan out your meals and snacks, once you get into a routine it does become easier and I batched cooked alot of my meals. Seeing the physical and mental benefits each week made it so worthwhile — and much easier to stick with.
One thing I really loved was how the recipes changed throughout the programme, so it never felt boring. They used lots of fresh herbs and spices, which made the meals really tasty and enjoyable. I also liked the structured weekly exercise challenges, especially the abs workouts, as they kept me motivated and focused.
The support and encouragement from Tara Phillips, Ricardo Salles, Kelly Curtis, Scotty Harrison, the rest of the SPR team, and all the other members in the group was amazing. It really helped me, especially when I struggled to stay on plan during the holiday. Their guidance motivated me to get back on track and push even harder in the final few weeks.
I can see the difference not only in my results, but also in the lifestyle changes and healthier habits I’ve built. If you’re thinking about joining, I’d definitely say go for it — it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made
Far from great…
I was very keen to start the SPR programme, but found it impossible to get any information online ahead of time, or a named person to contact. I have severe osteoarthritis of the hip and am unable to run - admittedly there are adaptations to the exercises, but 1,000 battle rope slams versus a 3k run? This feels very like a very lazy attempt at being inclusive, and in fact very off-putting and a cop-out. There was no mention of running being an element of the plan before I signed up. Before you say anything, I do not have a bike, so that is not an option for me. The is where my relationship with the plan began to sour…
Next, meal planning - easy in theory, but when you have a regular sized fridge and two strapping teenagers at home, it’s tricky to find room for 6 meals per day (when you’re not doing the shake version of the diet). I quickly became dispirited, and the support I received when I posted about this in the Facebook group was minimal.
I also found the coaches to be critical rather than supportive in the Facebook group; they seem to be told to push the SPR shakes as an alternative at every opportunity. The shakes are very expensive, particularly when you have paid to join the plan, bought the compulsory battle ropes… and it’s hard to find their nutritional value online without seeing a pack in real life. So, I am not clear on how much “better” they are versus competitor products. It all feels like a way to make more money, to be honest. I could have paid a lot less and just bought some protein-based meal replacement shakes myself and followed an exercise plan - but genuinely thought the SPR would give good results and a solid support network.
Finally, I was completely floored when a lady posted about a generic shake she had picked up at a service station - after unexpectedly being caught in long traffic jams for hours and having had nothing to eat - to ask for advice on whether it was allowed on the SPR plan, only to be told that it was basically better to eat nothing than the shake she’d purchased! Scott himself posted in response that he’d not “put that toot in my body”!!! That really turned me off the plan completely. How dare he?! I notice the comment was subsequently deleted, and sadly I only took a screenshot of the shake (to check its nutritional value) not the comment from Scott, but I think that just sums up the plan and the attitude of everyone involved. I will not be recommending it to anyone.
Amazing experience March Wave 2026
Amazing! I’ve completed Signature and I’ve signed up for Signature Plus in May.
When I started, I was pre-diabetic and about to go to sleep clinic for my sleep apnea but now after ten and a half weeks I’m not pre-diabetic, my sleep apnea is gone and I’m a stone and a half lighter despite having more muscle tone and strength. I actually can’t believe my before and after photos. My energy levels are much improved too.
The program is perfect if like me, you lack motivation or don’t know what to do, what to eat or you hate obsessing over calories and scales.
You eat small portions of good tasty healthy food often so you don’t feel hungry all the time and you will be surprised by what you are able to achieve even if you haven’t exercised in years. You work up slowly but you’re continually challenged. Food and exercise change so you don’t get bored. It isn’t easy but the coaches and Scotty regularly offer motivation and are always on hand to answer questions or help you out of a dip if you need that.
You’re part of an online group and everyone helps and motivates each other.
I would definitely recommend SPR if you want to make the change but just can’t get motivated. You’re not alone and you don’t have to go to the gym! Hurrah!
Amazing experience
Amazing experience, support team were there to help for every wobble and to celebrate every win too. They could not have done more. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I did the Pause programme and for the first time in my life I have found a programme that I have been able to fully commit to and seen great results to my physical and mental well-being. As well as being pleased with my new body, my new found strength , my pre diabetic and liver function tests have all moved back into normal range.
Signature Program
Just completed my first wave on the signature program. So, so happy with my results. The support and guidance from the team and coaches is phenomenal!! They’re with you for every step!! The meal plans are so varied, something for everyone and easy to cook and prep. The exercise program changes up each week and there is always an alternative if you need it, you just need to ask! I feel fantastic and don’t even want to go back to how I was living before. Forever going to be happier and healthier thanks to this, putting me on the right direction! So thank you six pack team x x
October wave
I joined the October wave. I had no idea what I was signing up for as I’d only seen Sara cox photo on facebook but I had some weight to lose so thought I would give it a go. I joined up but wasn’t too sure what plan to do so I emailed spr and within mins I had a response from Scott himself advising me which plan I should do. It was signature. I loved everything about it. Scott and the team really were there for me 24hrs. I could ask a question whilst cooking my dinner about my dinner and they would answer within minutes. I loved the fb page so much encouragement and guidance. The coaches and my fellow teammates were amazing. I also loved the accountability. I lost 19lb and so many inches. I was blown away by my day 75 photo. I finished the plan just over a month ago and using Scott’s ‘partying twice a week’ guidance have managed to keep the weight off. It’s hard but when day 75 comes the sense of achievement and pride is overwhelming. I will be signing up for another wave.
Women, stay clear of this program
It’s a real shame I feel the need to leave this review as I’ve completed the six pack revolution a couple of times previously without any issues.
In the early stages of my most recent wave of the program I found out I was pregnant so asked Scotty for advice. I needed to know what exercise was safe and what adjustments I could make, also I was really struggling with morning sickness and low appetite. All I could manage at the time to ensure I was eating anything was small bites of bread, banana or avocado on toast. Basically anything plain and bland. When I told him I was struggling with sickness and most food made me feel sick I wasn’t expecting his response. He said that everyone deals with cravings, not just pregnant people. Just because I was pregnant it didn’t mean I could cheat the diet, and it was no different to those on the plan who were craving beer. I was in shock that he compared me to someone who fancied a beer. He obviously has no idea how pregnancy works, you can’t use your mind to control the sickness the same way as you crave a drink.
I also found out a few weeks later when I spoke to my midwife that Scott had given me totally useless advice when it came to the exercises during pregnancy. My midwife told to stop doing abdominal exercises and twisting immediately, whilst Scotty suggested that these were totally fine to do, but I may choose to reduce the exercises for practical and comfort reasons as the bump grows.
Additionally I told him I needed to adapt my diet for a higher fibre intake but this was not possible to accommodate so ultimately I gave up, I paid for the whole wave but within the first few weeks I could no longer sustain it to completion.
He has no idea how to handle women, particularly pregnant ones. You’ll do fine on this program if you’re a man as it’s clearly designed to fit around male abilities. (I previously gained a shoulder injury from trying to do the amount of pushups expected from the wave, in my opinion men are far better equipped for this than women so it needs consideration and adjustment)

I would recommend 100% ! Scott and his team were hands on from day one all the way to the finishing line. Very supportive group of like minded people. This program has changed the way I see food, never thought I'd lose weight and shape up by eating 6 times a day but the results are there! haven't felt this good for a very long time, haven't even had to take any supplements at all (i used to a lot). I now re value what I actually eat, I drink a lot more water and don't rely on coffee to keep me going, in fact I now stopped coffee! If you are thinking about joining I would say be mentally ready and give it 100% it will change you for the better but you have to believe in the process, it will make sense in the end and the results will astonish you! Loved it and wish I could keep rolling from one wave to another if money wasn't on the cards. This wave was worth every penny! Don't hesitate, honestly the best decision I have made this year:-)
A great program
I made the decision to start the program as I knew I needed to do something. I was unfit and just didn't feel great. I signed up thinking that if it wasn't for me then I would just leave. However, what happened was that I started to really enjoy it. It's not easy and you do need to be prepared to push yourself a little - but it's not beyond most of us and you ultimately work to your own limitations. The exercises are simple but effective, and there are alternatives available if you can't do one for reasons of injury. I started to look forwards to my workouts and within a couple of weeks I was feeling and looking better. The meal plan is tasty but you can make your own meals as long as you follow a couple of principles. The motivation, support and feedback from the coaches is great and if you have any questions they are answered promptly in the group. There are also a few Zoom meetings with are very useful. I'm glad I did the program, and will likely go back again as it's great for making sure you get the workouts in and beats going to the gym. I would absolutely recommend the program no matter what stage of fitness you are at.
Beyone expectations: stop the fad diets and jon the revolution
I completed the "intensive" program and I must say, the results were incredible. I dropped 3 pants sizes and 28 lbs in 75 days. All while living my normal life. In addition to my travel for work, I spent a week at the beach, made two trips to Vegas, attended a wedding for 4 days and went to Thanksgiving dinner (all while staying on plan). The change in nutritional habits was fairly easy and fulfilling. The workouts were challenging, but still enjoyable. The coaching was spot on. Coaches were there as needed for encouragment, modifications and participation. I am in the US and the program HQ is the UK, but the time difference was not noticable. Quite frankly I would send a message not expecting an answer until morning (knowing the time difference) and they would respond. It's a bit crazy. I thought don't these people sleep?
Scotty, the founder, is a wealth of knowledge and inspiration. Some reviews say he is short, but think about it: he has 75 days to change you life. I found Scotty refreshing (he's not going to blow smoke up your ....). He's to the point, dry whitted, but most of all: caring. On every call we had, he stayed on until every last questioned was answered. For specific quesitons he says to contact him directly (and he responds very quickly).
We just ended our Wave (end of November) and I have already signed up for the January Wave. If you are thinking about it, make the commitment and join us in January. It's a no brainer.

If you’re reading this and wondering whether to join, do it!! The course is everything people say it is, amazing, life changing and magic!
All the thinking and planning has been done for you all you have to do is follow the plan, if you do that you will get the results. I dropped 24lbs in 75 days.
The workouts are all very achievable and all adaptable, I managed to do most of mine in my lunch breaks. Progress comes quickly which is great for motivation and you bond very quickly with your group and keep each other going.
The coaches and all the SPR team are fantastic and I especially loved how accessible Scotty makes himself to everyone on the course, he is there 24/7 and beside you throughout it as are all the coaches.
Scott and all the SPR coaches are available 24/7, you get responses to questions and feedback on challenges within minutes.
The admin is just incredible, they’ve nailed every aspect of planning, communication and coordination. The nutrition Programme is brilliant, there’s a massive variety to choose from and plenty of treats so it doesn’t feel like you’re missing out on anything. The exercise challenges are just right, totally achievable and if you want to dial them up a bit you can or if you need to slow down or adapt them you can too.
It’s an incredibly well oiled machine!
I will most definitely be returning.
Best thing ever…
It is a cliche to say it has changed my life but it's true.
I feel and look better, I don't snore or suffer with sleep apnea. My dentist said my teeth were the best they had been in 20 years. I have gone from 25 % body fat to 18%. I have moved 4 belt holes and clothes that haven't fit me for 10 years now fit. The team have been great as have my fellow revolutionaries. What are you waiting for?

What a fantastic experience this has been with SPR. 75 days of such support and guidance in nutrition and exercise. Has completely transformed my relationship with both food and excercise and had amazing results. Highly recommend.
Put in the work, get the rewards.
I've done a number of fitness challenges as I like direction and structure when I'm training. The SPR provides this and more. Daily and weekly challenges keep you engaged and motivated, the coaches keep you accountable and give relentless support, and the nutrition (which is the key to it all) is varied and easy.
Is it easy? No. Is it worth it? Definitely. A reduction in caffeine and a zero tolerance attitude to booze during the 75 days made it tough for me, not to mention the final 3 day challenge. I never thought I'd ever crave Greek yoghurt!
Scottie is an inspirational character that will help you change your mindset. There is only ever positivity. He's the same age as me and the reason I gave it a go. He's straight talking with no BS which I liked. He also has amazing patience, I'm not sure I could answer the same question around, ' can I eat this?', 'can I drink this?' so many times and maintain a smile......If you go by the mantra, 'if it's not on the plan, it doesn't pass the lips', the rest will follow.
I'll certainly be signing up for another wave.

Follow this programme and you'll get results. It's that simple. I've just completed the May wave having never done SPR before and I'm very pleased with how it's worked for me. I did find aspects of it hard - in particular sticking to the water consumption, reducing caffeine and the last three days but actually, I didn't really crave convenience food or alcohol - Scotty is spot on about that. I would recommend the programme for anyone looking to make a step change in their health; who need support with diet discipline and motivation; and who want results in a reasonably short period of time.

I would urge everyone, regardless of age, weight, medical conditions etc to try SPR.
One decision you’ll never regret. Follow the 75 days to the letter and you can’t fail. It’s AMAZING!
I joined my first wave 30.09.24 when I weighed around 12 stone, at 5’4” tall and a woman of 58, my BMI was in the obese range. I lost approx 2 stone, my health - body, mind and spirit COMPLETELY transformed. I’m now on my 3rd Wave and have lost almost another stone in weight- now around 9 stone 3lbs. The recipes are so tasty and mostly easy to prepare, the exercises can be intense BUT did at my pace and have transformed beyond recognition. The support, second to none.

I joined the Feb 2025 wave of signature six pack revolution and absolutely loved it!
The structure is great, loved being given recipes, told what to eat, eating lots! Exercising all possible from home so easy to fit in - love battle ropes now!
My results were great, slimmed down, dropped a dress size.
BUT more importantly as a pushing 50, perimenopausal, full time working professional with teenage children, I feel the best I have felt for ages. My sleep as improved significantly, I feel calm and in control.
I thought I would miss alcohol (I love wine and margaritas) - I didn't. Have drunk a little after but it makes me feel like I have been poisoned
Post-wave I am now on maintenance which is working for me but I have really missed the plan the last couple of weeks. Planning on joining Sculpt next time, in either July or September.
Thanks to Scotty and the team of support in the groups who manage to make this feel like a very personal experience.
