Fantastic program with unbelievable results. I never expected to get such amazing results by eating so much and exercising at a manageable of frequency and intensity. Great team support throughout. I would highly recommend this program. I did the signature program.

I decided to do six pack challenge after bumping into a friend that was near the end of doing it.
I’ve enjoyed doing it and I’m starting again soon

I loved the six pack revolution sculpt programme so much I’m going to do it again in January! I’ve lost about 2 stone, but the best part is I have more energy, I sleep better, I feel more happy, calm and emotionally balanced than I ever have before! It’s not just a diet, it’s a complete mindset & relationship to food reset. I’m really proud of what I achieved in the 75 days I’m so glad I found it!

i found the plan is quite simple once i got the hang of it, I got into a rhythm of planning my meals, ordering my food for the week online and batch cooking so it was super easy to stick too.

The coaches are on hand in the Facebook groups all hours of the day and night and are super positive and encouraging. There was a good buzz in the facebook group and it’s wonderful how the community encourages each other. The challenges are challenging and my strength has really increased from doing them.

I enjoyed Scotty the founders passion & energy & enthusiasm on the videos and zooms and he’s available to chat to if needed too, which gives it a human touch.

Ideas that could make it better:
- Voice over on the exercise videos to explain how to do the exercises
- A pdf with all of the different recipes in so it’s easy to find favourites.
- the marketing for the book & snack bars etc was a little irritating, perhaps chill out with that a bit.

All in all I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This programme has helped be get in shape & feel healthy again. I started this 4 months after having my baby & the team were so supportive and helpful with regards to adaptations that need to be made for breastfeeding etc. I also had to navigate my baby’s allergies, Scott was able to ring me & talk me through alternatives which was so helpful & meant I stayed on plan.

I managed to lose over 2 stone & am still successfully breastfeeding.

Fabulous programme that definitely gets results. I have never stuck to anything before but being held accountable each week keeps you on track along with fellow participants all going through the same process and the coaches are really engaging. Nice that you can choose the level of social media interaction. I couldn’t believe my before and after 😁

I found SPR to be much more motivating than, for example, gym membership. It was great to be able to do it from home with the benefit of recipes, detailed instructions for exercise and challenges in real time. The added encouragement of coaches and a Facebook group was a real plus for me.

A fabulous programme! I followed the nutrition and exercise programmes for the 10 weeks and so happy with the results. Heaps of recipes and the exercises changed weekly and I actually started looking forward to the challenges!
Lots of support from coaches all the way through which was so encouraging.
It’s a change of mindset and I’m totally happy to keep continuing on the SPR journey.

What an amazing programme! Scott and the Six Pack team are with you every step of the way. This has changed my life and I intend to come back to do another wave. Fantastic support. Easy to follow diet with recipes that work.

I loved the 10 week Signature programme with the Six Pack Revolution and feel amazing having reached the end of it. It's not always easy, but I didn't expect it would be. But the support and guidance is absolutely second to none. I really value the variety of food and exercise and I was so pleased that I wasn't hungry! It's taught me how I can make a difference to my body and importantly, however to carry it on. I'd 100% recommend this!!

SPR does exactly what it says it will. It’s supportive, encouraging and achievable. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their health and weight.

Excellent support, the SPR team is there to walk by your side, help out, answer any questions. You decide how much involved you want to be in the Facebook group, but they have an excellent way of keeping everyone motivated and on track. Beautiful, life changing experience. I changed my relationship with food and exercise and I now know and am confident on what to eat and feel good. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

What an Amazing experience. Whilst it was not always easy and will put you outside of your comfort zone it has changed my life for the better. I have been through menopause hell the last 18 months and in September I was in the right frame of mind to get fitter and lose the menopause weight. Doing the Six Pack Revolution, I have achieved this and more, my relationship with food is healthier. I finally like what i see and i feel fantastic, I am also motivated and energised to continue on the Six Pack Revolution journey, taking what i have learn't forward. Scott and his team of coaches are passionate, supportive and very encouraging and will help you stay on track. I would definitely recommend if you want to change your life for the better.

What was achieved, I thought was impossible. I finally found someting that really works! I cannot recommend Six Pack Revolution enough, it surely helps the mind and body to get a better you, achieving goals that you think are out of reach. Support during the program is impeccable all round, Scott and all his team manage to give a very personal service especially when most needed. Very highly recommended and its very doable by all types of people.
