Be warned of this company they miss sold us gas and electric in 2022 and we managed to stop the electric going through when we saw the prices were wrong but stuck in a fixed term gas contract paying double the going rate. They are crooks.

Well what can I say after about 30 different calls from different suppliers ripping me off this company and John mckendrie blew the rest out of the water. He's went above and beyond he's job by helping me and sorting my energy supply out what a nice fella. Gets a 5 star rating from me. Highly recommend to anyone

After taking out a card reader with this company and finding it unsuitable for me after about a week I called them to be passed on with let me get someone to call you. Didn’t happen. I have since managed to call and speak to someone to be told let me see what I can do and call you back. Again didn’t happen. 2-3 week later I called again to now be told that I would have to pay almost £200 to leave them now as it’s after 14 days. On top of this the £1 a month charge is now £16 a month. Not very transparent and feel robbed by this company. Well done. Money for nothing. A & S Travel
Reply to the redwood group. I had already spoke to world pay and they gave me the information needed. I was advised to speak to you but was so arrogantly told that world pay would take direction from you and you would not class being miss sold this machine as a valid reason so would have to pay anyway. The machine it self does what it’s supposed to but no where near what was sold to me on the phone. Also getting in touch within the 14 days saying this machine was unsuitable then bizarrely not being able to get back in touch until after the 14 days had passed is just a coincidence. Hmmm. As I said great work.

Had a cold call from this company made me believe they supplied my late fathers building and set me up in a contract with Valda energy for a property that’s not in my name, they had the wrong business name wrong address and I’m in this contract for 3 years. No on will help on the phone or by email. £1200 taken from my account and my next bill 7 days later £1400 do not trust this company

I took out a card payment machine for my business in July of this year and was told it would cost me £14.75 per month as an offer that was on at the time. It was a lady who sold it to me but since taking out the machine the cost has been well over £30 per month and past 2 months has doubled to over £60. I am really not happy as I don’t take many card payments and have been completely miss sold by your company DO NOT USE EVER!!

Absolutely over the moon with this company, they have helped with with my business broadband and mobile phones and saved me a fortune. Would highly recommend

The service was excellent. I spoke with a young lady called Isabella who was very helpful and couldn’t have done anything more. I have saved quite a bit by switching deals on Gas and Electric, meaning it’s likely I can go away towards the end of the year! 😁 highly recommend.
