I can’t believe I went back!
EVERYONE!! Please stay away from this company.
I have been lied to again and owed a lot of money. Like the other comments say, they will be nice to you at the beginning but will then do anything they can to make as much money from you as possible.
I wasn’t offered the ‘best deal’ for my situation and I have recently been told, it was because I tried to take them to court before.
Go to a high street store and spend your money elsewhere.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

John took me for a ride and has me paying double what I need to be paying......

If I could give less stars I would, STAY AWAY from this absolutely shocking company, they now owe me over £250 in reimbursements, they have total disregard for Information request under GDPR guidelines, and still failed to even respond to any emails, Mark has promised me the money owed to me on multiple occasions and still nothing. I originally put a post up which they called me to take down. DO NOT use this company!!!!! Update, I have never dealt with Tech house, my reimbursement email agreement is from yourselves, you reimbursed me a number of times and then stopped, no one has contacted me about this as you state

Logan rung offering us to save money on our water bill, quick and easy saving. Logan was helpful and good to deal with.

The Redwood Group have been supplying my mobile phones and services for more years than I can remember. Always offering the best of deals in a friendly down to earth way.....Highly recommended

You get what it says on the tin . Very helpful and they know what you want.

Got my new card machine last week and I can safely say it’s the best thing ever so easy to use.
Money in the bank next day used to wait 4 days ! Plus I can take it out to take payments on the road which is a plus.
Am going to get a second machine and still be saving money on my old one! Thanks for making the change easy and slick too with no pressure Doing it all for me

Very happy with this purchase although not so happy with the phone that’s just a familiarity issue. There’s quite a few people backing up The Redwood Group they always seem quite reasonable to me.

I squeezed them quite hard on the price and service and they responded which is all to the good. It’s an okay company to deal - they did good job I’ve got the phone to be in double quick time once I pressed the button.

Just got my new terminal and absolutely astounded with the process. Made the whole thing so simple and explained every and any question I had. Couldn’t be happier

Mark contacted me near the end of my contract and negotiated a new, cheaper one. There was a delay getting the iPad to me so eventually they sent an upgraded one! Can’t fault them.

The Redwood Group especially Debra Susan and Mark were marvelous when I needed help when taking over my hotel. Excellent advice, reassurance, and efficiency are three qualities which made me feel relieved especially as I was embarking into something completely new. Highly recommended.

I found another review that has not been removed by them so I would like to add on to that one as it is exactly what I went through, we both probably went through a lot worse with them but due to Freddie removing reviews the truth can’t always come out:

I have bet ripped off by this company lied to from the start & now trapped in a contract that I can’t afford to get out of, they refuse to take responsibility for their actions and lies. They even got their company bought out for a year and didn’t inform me so when I emailed a complaint it wasn’t resolved and still isn’t 3 half years on. Couldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. Don’t use this company totally untrustworthy.

Down below is my added bit;

Sadly I am unable to write exactly what happened to me as Freddie has it removed everytime (the truth hurts). I used my savings to buy myself out of this contract as I wanted nothing more to do with them and changed my work mobile number as they would cold call me to remove the reviews I had written previously. They swap company names and buy eachother out all the time so you lose track of who you are dealing with (very smart). Please just avoid them, I would not waste my time writing this review if I did not want people to know the truth of what they are like. I have recordings of all our phone conversations so please trust pilot do not believe them as I have the proof.

Please if they call you hang up and block there number. Do not have anything to do with them.
