Absolutely shocking company. Avoid at all costs.

They signed me into an electricity contract only 4 days ago, and I’ve now discovered that the meter number I gave them wasn’t even for my actual shop. As soon as I realised the mistake, I contacted the main energy supplier first, and they told me I needed to speak directly with this broker company.

When I called them, they were rude, dismissive, and basically told me I could “never” cancel because I had signed the agreement — even though it has only been 4 days. They also said I would be stuck with them permanently, even if the prices increase in the future.

Completely misleading and unacceptable behaviour. No proper customer care, no willingness to help resolve an obvious mistake, and they seem more interested in trapping customers into contracts than actually helping businesses.

Would never recommend this company to anyone.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ! Con artists sign you up with no time to read the contract tell you it’s £x then charge you 5x the price they quoted then you can can’t get out of the contract. Avoid at all costs.

If there is any system that allows a zero star. They are scammers. We were locked into a 3 year contract and missold. It seems this is their modus operandi.

If God were real, these people wouldn’t exist

Continual cold calling & dropped calls to my business. Wholly unsolicited. Reported to Ofcom and Information Commissioners Office.
Having read reviews of people who have actually used this company I would AVOID at all costs

Keep spam calling my business to tell me I’m being overcharged for their services and need a new meter putting in.

Had a call from another utility company on Saturday saying exactly the same thing.

Not with them, I go through a trusted broker and have all my details up to date.

Please remove all my details from your system and do not contact me again.

I had a call from them and was wary at first, agent mentioned they were providing no obligation quotes from multiple energy suppliers and able to provide lower rates due to their partnerships.
That got me interested as I was having a very bad experience with maxen power and was paying extortionate amounts on eletric with a 12 month contract. They managed to make me switch suppliers to Yu Energy 3 year contract fixed price for when my new contract goes live at much lower rates so I'm quite satisfied with that as I managing to save quite alot overall.

Really good company sorted me out with my energy and broadband, managed to save a lot of money and then was also advised with my card machine, made the process really straight forward.

Do not use this company!
When they originally rang me I thought they were Octopus as I was waiting for a call off them as I'd just bought a business which was using octopus. After explaining to them I wanted to stay with octopus the salesman told me they're not even in the top 5 cheapest companies for energy for businesses.
So stupidly I got speaking to them and as a first time buisness owner I was taken advantage of and mis sold an energy package with YGP.
They took 360 pound off me in the first month for an 'advanced payment' which the broker did not explain, and then my monthly payments after that were loads higher than he promised.

I've had to go through the energy ombudsman to resolve this issue. Once the ombudsman made a decision, Redwood made a counter offer which I agreed to, yet it still took them weeks to uphold the agreement.

The best part is when I requested the initial phone conversation I had with their salesman to prove they had lied and mis sold me the package, they had magically lost it! Very convenient for them.

This company is a joke, I have learnt my lesson as a business owner to not believe what I am being sold! I have spent hours and hours on the phone/ sending emails to fight this and it has caused me so much stress and anxiety! I am a one person buisiness and I am honestly so drained!

Do not use this broker!

I had no idea how to get out of my electricity contract but thanks to Mollie Kenny and her associates, they took care of everything taking the pressure off myself. They explained everything to me along the way making the switch easy and cutting my bills down significantly. I would definitely recommend this company .... very helpful and very professional

I get spam calls from these guys daily! I have told them I’m not interested!

AVOID! This company keeps spam calling me saying I need to give them electricity readings for a property I hadn't even moved into or paid for services at. I called and asked how they had found my details and they said "it could be anywhere" I told them I do not appricate them spam calling me and to remove me from their list as I do not need to provide electricity readings" they were very rude and told me they had removed me from the system but I have had another 2 calls this morning.

Recently set up a new business and dealt with Will who sorted my other business utilities saved me £100's easiest and most straight forward process cant recommend more

This company is a disgrace. They set up an energy account for our new business, they got the name incorrect, the bank details, the costs and importantly the mpan number, so we were charged for a much larger amount than promised.
When this was brought to their attention, they dodged calls, were openly rude and unhelpful.
In the end we have spent months in talks with the energy company DIRECTLY who have issued us with a full refund declaring it an erroneous transfer.
Do yourself a favour and stay clear.

Bunch og scammers Mis-sold me a business energy contract by lying about the cost staying on the phone and pushing to sign received 3 times more expensive rates from supplier as proposed.
Don't want to admit anything saying contract been signed even if they lied about it.
Taking them to energy ombudsman stay away people of these scammers and read the contract they will lie to you on the phone!!!

Avoid any contact with these people, they will constantly hound you with cold calls all times of the day and night.

Avoid at all costs!! Rang me pretending to be another company to set me up with a new electricity company, told lies about the policy and now won’t allow me to cancel my policy even though I asked for it to be cancelled within 1 week of taking it out. Awful Customer services!!

Jack and james were very helpful with guiding me to change my electric supplier! saved me HUNDREDS! excellent service!
