Bought the play hard bundle a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with it. Delivery was super fast. Would highly recommend TPOB to anyone looking for great clippers at an affordable price.

I learned the hard way after receiving a faulty trimmer from them. Avoid TPOB at all cost. they do not follow the guilines of the consumer act 2015 on returns if item is delivered faulty or damaged.

I hate needing to write a negative review but I am exasperated by the poor Customer Service at TPOB . I purchased a bundle set 1 month ago. The second identical set in a busy salon. Within a week the smallest trimmer had stopped working, and is growling and grinding. I contacted Customer Services with supporting videos . No less than 12 Emails later and they are still challenging me on whether it is really faulty and covered by warranty. Really Guys?! Extremely Disappointed. It’s a simple resolution so that we can all get back to work. I Will not be purchasing again and cannot recommend investing in this company. Really Poor service and products.

Design cool, but blades are poor. Used for a few days and then they stared to blunt? They just didn’t remove hair as well. I kept having to go over the same spot. Put them down and went back to Wahl. Shame as these clipper have potential.

So happy I found this brand! Don’t waste your money on anything else because these are the best clippers l’ve ever used. The customer service is also spectacular. Never going back to using anything else!

Bought slime 2 clippers. Used them for all of 10 minutes and found them to be dreadful quality. They were like cutting with a blunt pair of sheers. Asked for a refund. I was refused after a weeks worth of being messed around via email. Contacted there insta page and was then blocked as they don't want negative media. Don't buy this product they are cheap and poor quality. Customer service is dreadful as well.

In response to your generic reply. Your product is not fit for purpose or as advertised. Clearly that's not just my view as there are plenty of unhappy customers giving poor reviews on here of your product. Your returns policy is a cop out. I don't want warranty and you know this already from our emails. What I want is my money back. I used your clippers once!! I asked for a refund before the 14 day cooling off period. I have filed a refund dispute with my bank regarding your behaviour now so keep your eyes peeled for there email instead. I'll never deal with a back street business like ur self again. Your con artists.

Bought the TPOB blackout bundle and wow the clipper is shocking i put a request in about exchanging the full blackout bundle and getting another set to give them a chance. However when receiving the exchange I only received the clipper and not the trimmer. Why waiting for that i carried on using the new clipper and it has no faulted 2 haircuts in with them sticking on lever closed. I'm now waiting for a response to get a full refund. DO NOT BUY
Literally the worst product I’ve tried.
My AliExpress skull shaver does better and lasts longer.
My model X TPOB shaver hardly cut my hair stubble before the foil came away

The products seem to be great. I have ordered the Troll Blackout Bundle including a clipper, trimmer and accessories.
The trimmer works really good, however the clipper has some kind of defect. When using the lever, the blade seems to be crooked on one side, so I always need to adjust it with my hand manually.
I opened a support ticket / warranty claim, but had the worst customer experience ever. The support asked me to provide a video of the issue, which I kindly did. After that, the support is not answering my requests. I'm waiting for a response for almost 2 weeks now - even a second support ticket I opened is still unanswered.
I will open a dispute with PayPal now and try to get my money back.
Update on the answer below:
I have not received any answer via mail since 11th July, where I was asked to provide a Video of my issue which I kindly did. After that, I got no response anymore. Of course, I've also checked my spam folder - nothing.

Really liked these clippers but after only 3 months of use the battery is losing charge rapidly on the candy clippers which is disappointing. Used them between 8.30am and 1pm battery went from 100% to 17% had no issues prior to this I was actually impressed at first with the battery now this 😪

I have been a loyal TPOB user for quite sometime however the current absurd ordeal I am encountering is unlike anything I have ever come across in this industry let alone in my lifetime. After searching through the reviews I can see the consistent repetition of awful customer service and money making activities that this company continues to use and continue to dispute saying that they look to resolve all issues. Their most recent Instagram add proceeded straight to a checkout which my phone then auto filled through shop and completed. I emailed the business instantly to which they responded within minutes to state 'No cancellations even in extenuating circumstances '. I then realised they also charge a restocking fee which is again nothing like I have ever experienced with any other company. Complete money making exercise especially after receiving a response 15 minutes after the 'order was placed' . I am now in a situation where Yodel have delivered said parcel to a neighbour even though I was indoors on the day to receive the parcel. I have visited said neighbour who state they were not in and did not receive the parcel. TPOB's response is that the neighbours name is Dave and to look at the picture to find the house. I live on a new build estate to which every house is quite literally a replica of the one next to it. Of course this business is succeeding if this is how it is run. I can see I am not the only one . I am in need of a blade for one of my current clippers but will be placing no further orders with this company.

Clippers are good. Service is aweful. They have me 2x 1.5 guards so had no 2 guard. Been going back and fourth with them there team over email. Not a single apology for there mispack. Took them 2 weeks to send me a 2 guard and never kept me updated on what was going on. Had to constantly email just to find out what was going on. This cost me time and money because I binned my old guards.
