From the very beginning, the entire process with The Moving Portal was efficient, straightforward, and easy to navigate. Communication was excellent throughout, and every amendment I requested to my valuation report was handled incredibly quickly. In most cases, I received a response and the amended report within a day of sending my email.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of my control, I later needed to extend my valuation. This is when I started dealing with Phoebe.

I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and customer service. She immediately understood the urgency and complexity of my situation. We only had around two weeks available to get the valuation extension completed, and when the initial timescales suggested this might not be possible, Phoebe went above and beyond to help.

What impressed me most was that before taking any payment from me, she first made sure the surveyor could complete the work within the required timeframe. She took ownership of the situation, kept me informed, and worked proactively to find a solution. All of this was achieved within just a few days.

If anyone from management reads this review, I would like to personally thank Phoebe. Her professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the customer made a stressful situation much easier to manage. She is a tremendous asset to your company.

I have had positive interactions with everyone at The Moving Portal, which suggests that high standards are part of the company culture. However, Phoebe's level of customer service was exceptional and is an example of how customer relationships should be handled.

The Moving Portal took care of facilitating an apartment survey/inspection and the whole process was really smooth, quick, and straightforward. Would recommend to anyone!

Surveryor did a good job no complaints there.
However, the survery was done a week later then in it said in the portal with no update till the day of survey.

This is the second time i have used The Moving Portal. Both times i have been really pleased. It was promptly booked and the day before the survey Amanda phoned me, also the day of the survey she called with a brief outline of her findings. Amanda said i would have the report by the end of the week but i actually got it the next day!! I was kept up to date with emails from the company from start to finish. i would highly recommend you use this company.

Great service from Liz, however, due to the constant almost harassment I’ve had to leave a trustpilot review, I’m dropping a star. I work extremely long hours and while trying to buy a house alone, it’s extremely unnecessary to be calling the amount I have been. I was told I’d receive a follow up call 3 days after the report which never happened either.

Needed a survey completed quickly. These guys delivered.

We received a very thorough and in depth report received the next day from our level 2 survey being conducted by Mark. Couldn’t recommend more, everything was explained thoroughly with photos to provide us with the best knowledge possible before buying our property.

The company as a whole has been fantastic. Communication has been excellent throughout, and the online portal - complete with regular updates, made the entire process straightforward and stress free. As first time buyers, we found the survey extremely helpful. Even though we ultimately chose not to proceed with the purchase, the level of detail provided has given us far more confidence and a much clearer understanding of what to look for when viewing future properties.

Easy. Very simple to use and I’ve used a couple of times, asking for the same surveyor and received a great service. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend.

This is an amazing company. I should always go with them because they provided thorough information and do their job marvelously. They saved me from entering a property that could have cost me a lot of money if I had purchased it. They actually uncovered serious issues that were hidden behind the plaster boards, which I really, really appreciate. They saved me a lot of money before I proceeded with this property, and I ended up spending more after the purchase because of the issues highlighted from the initial inspection. I will definitely be using them again and I highly, highly, 1000% recommend them.
