We’re ready to provide you with a premium experience and first-class service. We’re essentially mail order, but we do have an onsite showroom and workshop for visitors to enjoy. We stock all major brands of model railway locos and rolling stock across all gauges at competitive discounted prices, usually around a 15% reduction on the recommended retail price. A small but persistent problem with a purchase was solved with the greatest attention to detail from TMC. Some retailers would have given up but TMC maintained the essential trust between retailers and consumers and covered costs of returns too. Many thanks for sorting this out.

Excellent items poor Royal Mail Delivery!
Great items and well packed !
However it took several days for Royal Mail to deliver a Tracked 24 item.
Had notifications it would be delivered on Saturday, nothing delivered, then another notification to say it would now be the sunday, which it eventually was.

I ordered a Bachmann LNER G5 on Sunday 26th and arrived on Tuesday 28th in fantastic condition, runs excellent. I would recomend TMC Models to other enthusiasts, i would definetly use TMC again. Great customer service.
