Hobbies had an excellent selection of…
Hobbies had an excellent selection of products and materials for all sorts of projects. I found the items I needed, they were great value for money. I placed my order and emailed hobbies to request that my items were packaged in a specific way and a member of the customer service team mailed straight back to confirm that they would pack as requested. The items were shipped immediately & tracking provided. The courier had a problem with delivery and managed to lose the parcel in their system somehow. Hobbies customer service was brilliant, they were extremely apologetic and arranged for a replacement to be sent out the same day with a different courier. I would definitely recommend Hobbies for their fantastic variety of products and their excellent customer service, it is clear that maintaining high customer satisfaction is very important to the Hobbies team. Will definitely recommend and purchase from Hobbies in the future.
