Love the loaded teas. I have been drinking them for almost 2 months now. I have gave up sodas. I love thdgreat flavors and helps me drink more water. My favorites are tootsie and candy crush. They are easier to make at home. I love the different stickers that come with my orders

In my opinion, this company is misleading customers about what they are purchasing. Based on my understanding, many of the ingredients appear to be commercially available products that are rebranded and sold under different names. I also have concerns about some of the marketing claims you see on facebook and the overall transparency of the business. From my past experiences and observations, I did not feel the products or practices matched the image being presented. Because of these concerns, I personally would not recommend this company and would encourage potential customers to do their own research before making a purchase. When they owned bayou view nutrition they used nothing but 4c yo7 can get from walmart and amazon!!!

I really wanted to like these because I hate drinking plain water! I did not like the taste at all! Very, very strong and overpowering! They also do not taste anything like the flavor they are supposed to be. I have emailed them asking for a refund with their happiness guarantee so I really hope they stand by that!

I absolutely love these loaded teas! I tell everyone about them! The flavors are incredible and I don’t feel any crashes from them either! They also have amazing customer service!

I absolutely love these teas! Shipping is fast and customer service is very friendly and professional. I definitely need more than 32 oz of water! For me, it more like 35 to 40 oz which makes me drink even more water! I highly recommend these teas especially if you are a heavy coffee drinker, buying energy drinks or loaded tea from a local shop! Give it a try and you will be hooked too!

When I placed an order and hit submit, I noticed my address was my old address. I panicked !! I emailed, replied to my confirmation order and sent a message. Would ya know, they responded to all of my conversations! They were able to assure me it would be looked into with in 24 hrs. Not even 8 hrs later , I had a confirmation that the address was fixed ! The staff and the fact that the communication is just as much a priority as the loaded tea drinks are ,is the exact reason I will always support and order from the loaded tea shop!!

I have been drinking energy drinks for at least the last 15 years. I just happened to see an ad from The Loaded Tea and figured why not,it couldn't hurt. After getting a small order, I realized that I was going to need more. I haven't had an energy drink in 3 months now. I feel better, I actually love knowing I'm staying hydrated better than before. I've tried other teas from other places and nothing has came close to these amazing flavors. Oh and their customer service?! Absolutely amazing and quick to respond. If you haven't tried it yet, my only question for you is why are you waiting???

I saw the Loaded Tea advertisement. So creative, and the Product… Wow! How could I not try this Loaded Tea. Every flavor is packed with an invigorating taste sensation.
I Love, my Loaded Tea with ice and water. I decided to add sparkling water for a whole new taste experience. However, You choose to enjoy this Tea, it a great addition to your daily routine.

The customer service at The Loaded Teashop can't be beat! I made a mistake on my order & immediately emailed the company. Within an hour or two, I received a warm response with several options to rectify my error. They even sent me a coupon to use towards my next purchase. In a world where AI's are becoming the norm, it was refreshing to reach a kind & professional human who ensured my happiness in the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was very skeptical at first to try this product but I finally gave in with the summer season upon us and wanting something good tasting and refreshing to drink out of my normal beverage choices. I just started on a GLP1 journey and wanted something clean.
So far, with today being my first day drinking the Candy Crush, I give it a 10/10. I am anxious to try all the flavors and cant wait 😋

Let me start by saying in funny about ordering products online and this company has given me hope! 😊
I had a minor issue with my recent order from The Loaded Tea Shop when two of my loaded tea packets were accidentally left out. I reached out to customer service by email, and I was honestly impressed with how quickly they responded within less than 10 minutes!
Not only did they immediately fix the issue by sending out a replacement shipment at no charge, but they also apologized and even provided a discount code for my next purchase. That level of customer service means a lot.
This is my second time ordering from The Loaded Tea Shop, and I truly enjoy their products. The loaded teas have been especially helpful for me when I take my GLP-1 shot and feel tired or sluggish and it helps me get through my day with more energy.
Mistakes can happen with any company, but great customer service is what matters, and they definitely delivered. I appreciate the prompt response, professionalism, and quality products. I’ll definitely continue ordering! 💛

I did an order of 20 teas not the $60 one because there’s some that I just tried and I didn’t care for so I did my own. It was a little bit more but with the discount code that I got it kind of broke even and then I forgot to put the discount code and place the order . I messaged them on Facebook. They gave me the link for their Customer Service service and they made it rig. ❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much.

There was an issue with the order I remand within 10 minutes of reaching out about it they responded promptly and efficiently. They sent me a replacement order the same day! Highly recommended their products. They have phenomenal customer support as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customer service is exceptional! I placed and received an order for teas. Before I could open and use my teas, I was hospitalized with a severe case of Vertigo and advised to limit caffeine going forward. I contacted The Loaded Tea Shop about my delima and asked them to trade my original order for the caffeine free version. They were above and beyond helpful in allowing me to do so. They replaced my order at no additional charge and even allowed me to keep the original order to give to family and friends! I would highly recommend this amazing company and their wonderful teas!

We love the flavors of the teas ! But wanted to call out their superior customer service. I had placed an order and got the wrong product shipped. No questions asked they corrected the shipment and sent it out quickly at no charge. Great customer service.
