Let me start by saying in funny about ordering products online and this company has given me hope! 😊
I had a minor issue with my recent order from The Loaded Tea Shop when two of my loaded tea packets were accidentally left out. I reached out to customer service by email, and I was honestly impressed with how quickly they responded within less than 10 minutes!
Not only did they immediately fix the issue by sending out a replacement shipment at no charge, but they also apologized and even provided a discount code for my next purchase. That level of customer service means a lot.
This is my second time ordering from The Loaded Tea Shop, and I truly enjoy their products. The loaded teas have been especially helpful for me when I take my GLP-1 shot and feel tired or sluggish and it helps me get through my day with more energy.
Mistakes can happen with any company, but great customer service is what matters, and they definitely delivered. I appreciate the prompt response, professionalism, and quality products. I’ll definitely continue ordering! 💛

I did an order of 20 teas not the $60 one because there’s some that I just tried and I didn’t care for so I did my own. It was a little bit more but with the discount code that I got it kind of broke even and then I forgot to put the discount code and place the order . I messaged them on Facebook. They gave me the link for their Customer Service service and they made it rig. ❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much.

There was an issue with the order I remand within 10 minutes of reaching out about it they responded promptly and efficiently. They sent me a replacement order the same day! Highly recommended their products. They have phenomenal customer support as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customer service is exceptional! I placed and received an order for teas. Before I could open and use my teas, I was hospitalized with a severe case of Vertigo and advised to limit caffeine going forward. I contacted The Loaded Tea Shop about my delima and asked them to trade my original order for the caffeine free version. They were above and beyond helpful in allowing me to do so. They replaced my order at no additional charge and even allowed me to keep the original order to give to family and friends! I would highly recommend this amazing company and their wonderful teas!

We love the flavors of the teas ! But wanted to call out their superior customer service. I had placed an order and got the wrong product shipped. No questions asked they corrected the shipment and sent it out quickly at no charge. Great customer service.

I just received my first order & contacted customer service with a minor question. They responded to me within five minutes and solved my problem immediately! Tremendous Customer Service! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend.

I really love these teas. I was never a water drinker and decided to add more in my diet. I started getting the drink mixes and started looking for something different. The loaded tea shop is just perfect. I do wish they had more flavors that don't include strawberry and pineapple but I'm sure they will get more. Cinnamon is my favorite then the pear. I have tried them all but I'm sure I'll like others too. It's very sweet so adding extra water helps with that. Very refreshing and a nice change for anytime of the year, especially hot days.

Based on my personal experience, affiliates should be extremely careful before promoting this brand. After I generated traffic, sales, and commissions through their affiliate program, they started questioning my traffic sources and looking for reasons to reduce the commission amount.

In my opinion, if you do not have very detailed proof such as GA4 data, outbound click tracking, UTM tracking, screenshots, and full documentation of your promotional funnel, you may risk having a large portion of your commissions reduced or even not paid.

From my experience, they may use the lack of tracking details as a reason to challenge your commissions, even after the affiliate system has already recorded the sales. I personally felt that the process was unfair and not transparent for affiliate partners.

I strongly recommend that any affiliate who works with The Loaded Tea keeps every piece of evidence: Google Analytics screenshots, UTM links, landing page screenshots, email communication, affiliate dashboard screenshots, traffic source reports, and click tracking data.

If you are an affiliate expecting clear, fair, and transparent commission handling, be very careful with this program.
