I contacted Snüz regarding a missing box from our SnüzKot cot bed after a house move. Although this wasn’t a warranty issue, their team responded quickly, kindly and without hesitation arranged a replacement to be sent out.

The whole process was smooth, professional and genuinely stress-free. Demi was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout.

It’s rare to experience service like this — especially when the issue wasn’t the company’s fault. I’m so grateful and would absolutely recommend Snüz for both their products and their customer care.

So many things wrong with this product that it’s shocking to me that trusted retailers like Mamas & Papas and John Lewis would stock them. The rocking stand was impossible to put together due to a manufacturing / design fault where the screws don’t even fit in and nothing is aligned. The straps that were fixed on came twisted which meant they don’t lay flat, causing an issue when it comes to laying the basket safely on the stand. Worst of all, the fitted sheet does not fit the mattress no matter how tightly I pulled and all of the loose material is a health and safety hazard to a newborn baby. There are serious design flaws with these products that haven’t been immediately addressed (can see the same complaints time and time again). I’ve requested a full refund for all products but yet to hear back.

I’ve received absolutely outstanding service from The Green Sheep. Demi was fantastic at resolving an issue quickly and professionally, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The quality of the products for the price is brilliant—excellent value for money. A perfect 10/10 experience!

I experienced exemplary customer service when enquiring about an issue with a mattress recently. Even though it was out of warranty I received a free replacement the next day!

I had already paid £23 for shipping. Then I suddenly received a notification that taxes and customs duties had to be paid. This meant I had to pay another 75€. This is not made clear enough during the purchase process. I have often ordered items from the UK to the EU and the companies organised customs clearance so that there were no surprise costs. I think The Little Green Sheep could be clearer about this.

3rd item bought where I have had missing parts. Is this bad luck or poor companies. Hard work. Note to anyone reading this, buy when you find out you are pregnant because you will need all the time to chase for missing parts. Also why do they bother putting letters in the instructions as it is pointless as they don’t put it on the parts.

Absolutely excellent. Firstly, we bought a Snuzpod which was perfect. We had to quickly order a cot as the baby grew quite quickly. Demi on Customer Service exceeded expectations and managed to have the cot delivered before Christmas!

Not impressed at all. I ordered one of the little green sheep Moses basket stands off of mamasandpapas and the stand arrived with the safety straps missing so the stand is totally redundant and I am unable to use it as I obviously cannot hold the basket in without them. Can’t seem to get any response from mamasandpapas so not happy at all.

I have had a positive experience with this company - for starters the quality of the Moses basket, mattress and sheet are exceptional and total value for money. Within 3 days from placing the order, the parcel arrived with us. This Moses basket is hands down better than any others I’ve came across in the likes of mamas and papas. Would highly recommend for your little ones.

Fantastic company, with beautiful products. We had a slight issue with one product, and the customer service was second to none. The issue was resolved promptly and we were kept informed throughout. I would highly recommend this company.

I emailed to ask about an issue I was having with my mattress and I was so pleasantly surprised that I got an email back the same day saying they would send me a new mattress straight away! What amazing customer service. It is so lovely to be treated with such care as a customer. In this world of online and faceless retail I think that is rare. Little Green Sheep customer for life!

The Moses basket is a great product and The Little Green Sheep were so helpful and offered support whenever we needed help with a replacement part.

Ordered moses basket bundle after horrible experience elsewhere. Products arrived next day. One screw was damaged but quickly replaced by Demi. Customer service has been great, fair prices and free next day delivery. Highly recommend.

Great company with even better customer support. Had an issue with the bamboo basket and the issue was resolved quickly with a solution I was happy with. Overall a brand I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from in the future! Shout out to Tesni, who was the customer support advisor who handled my case, brilliant and very understanding!

I was gifted the Moses basket stand by my auntie as a kind baby shower gift. When choosing the stand we looked at measurements but couldn't see anything clear on the page, so went onto the John Lewis website. We later realised that they only have the widest measurements of the stand on there and once built our crib didn't fit into the shorter side of the stand.

After a few emails The Little Green Sheep kindly sent us the walnut rocking stand as this fit our crib as its the same size either side and the larger measurement.

Although there was this slight inconvenience the quality of the stands are lovely and easy to assemble. Our issue was resolved quickly, with my only negative being there needs to be clearer dimensions on the site and other suppliers websites.
